+ 0 moreJohn came by and gave me a quote for all of the work that I requested. He was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. His quote was fair and he arrived when scheduled to do the job. He spent extra time to show me how to do the apps on my phone and iPad. The work was done professionally and promptly at a reasonable price. I would use him again without question and would recommend him to others without reservation.
Description of Work: I had needed to upgrade my alarm DVR recorder, install a NEST video doorbell and troubleshoot some issues with my Home Theater TV.

+ -1 moreI did not receive the proposal until I called on 2/19/15. I was sent the proposal in an email. I wrote back immediately, stating I was interested in getting the products as soon as possible and I had also asked if there were any discounts. Today is 2/28/15 and I have never been either called or emailed. Mr. Mauro's professionalism on the phone would be rated an A, however his lack of follow up is why I rated a D.
Description of Work: Found the company on Internet (company only listed on Angie's List as Home Theater and did not show up as security systems). Contacted the company to buy a home security camera on 2/16/15. Was called by John Mauro on 2/17/15. We spoke of what was needed and he said he would send me a proposal by 2/18/15.
