He cleaned the ducts and then handed us a bill for $700 (his quote was $650) and said you can pay the whole thing and Ill be back to install the light, because they are on back order. This was not told to us when he scheduled the job or before he started when he arrived. My trusting mother paid him the entire amount and now its been almost a month and still no completion. He claims he will do it between 10/15-10/17. We will see what happens.

Initial call for hire I was Very specific to what I needed done. I was quoted a price that was not honored after the work was done because I was told that was a Spring special. I was already turned off because I got 1 call that they were running 20 minutes late. 2 1/2 HOURS later I called them..had a flat tire(!)?. They knew that I couldn't be in the house because I had a severe allergic reaction due to accumulated cat hair in the air ducts from previous owners cats. They upcharged me an additional $75. (Was $100 but I argued the point because of another offer.) They threw a bug bomb through the system without warning and I was chocking and my throat was on fire. I had to leave. So I paid them. They were not done because a freshener was to be applied to make the smell clean. This wasn't done. I forgot a bag at the house and returned 10 minutes later. They were gone and my house was far from "FRESH". I entered and started gagging on the fumes. My neighbors informed me that they left as soon as I drove off. Never EVER would I hire them again. And never take the lowest bid again! Lesson learned. First time I had to leave a negative review on Angie's List.

Duct cleaning went very well. Having an issue with the washing machine for some reason ever since it apparently was moved for access to the dryer vent. Walks all over now in the spin cycle. Coincidental??? Maybe .

It went very well. He explained what he would do and showed me why it should be done. He was a little late to our first appointment but once he arrived they were very efficient and it worked to relieve my wife's headaches. I would hire them again in the future.

The team worked quickly and efficiently to perform the task at hand. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely use their services again in the future.

They went above & beyond. Excellent air duct & vent cover cleaning & detected damage to duct work where connected to the AC unit. Then found a possum hiding in the duct work & under the AC until & went to great lengths to get the possum out. Then repaired the AC duct into the house. Price was reasonable, considering the extra work. Very nice & friendly. Absolutely would call them again.

Service performed was very quick. He moved the dryer and washer out so he could get to the vent. He cleaned the vent and then moved everything back into place. He was pleasant to work with and his cost was reasonable. I would hire him again and probably will next year.

Arrived early, did great work! Worked on vent of two-story condo roof and then needed to clean vent “elbows” in my attic. All was done with a smile! Bravo!!!

My dryer duct was not connected in the attic. There was much lint backed up. Robin reconnected the dryer duct and cleaned out the lint He was very efficient and reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Good, they were early which is really nice and they were quick and efficient my house smells really good because of the AC.
