Description of Work: Doug was very thorough and professional. He explained as he went and if it weren't for him we wouldn't have found the wonderful house we just bought. He came to inspect another home that was not up to par and he pointed out all the things that weren't safe and needed to be fixed. Because of his inspection we are in a beautiful turn key home. He was early and scoping the place out as I arrived. He was quick to send the report back and he is a very straight forward and knowledgable man! I wouldn't look any further for another home inspection. Accurate home inspections with Doug mudge is tried and true and the best of the best! Thank you Doug!

Description of Work: Richard Ross saved up from getting a very defective house. The FHA inspection didn't mention a mold condition or several other things wrong with the house. I will use him as often as it takes for us to buy a house. He was reasonable and thorough.

+ -1 moreI was pleased with Accurate Home Inspections. Mr. Ross seemed very thorough and provided a very detailed home inspection report. Further, the wind mitigation report he provided allowed our home owners annual premium to be reduced by several hundred dollars. A lot of the information from the inspection report was and quot;obviousand quot; stuff that anyone could find, but there was some that information on there that only someone really looking and uncovering every stone would find. Also, Mr. Ross was friendly and allowed me to follow along and ask many questions during the process. He provided the full home inspection (with pool equipment) and a wind mitigation for $295.00, which was the lowest estimate I got from over 5 home inspection companies.
