My next door neighbor is using Ability Construction for a new paver driveway and a new paver pool patio. While constructing the pool patio, the workers were using a gas powered concrete saw, to cut the concrete pavers. This created a huge cloud of concrete dust, which blew into my back yard, lanai, and covered my boat. I went next door and told the worker using the saw, what was happening. He said, we do this all the time. I suggested he connect a garden hose to the saw, as it was designed to be used to keep dust to a minimum. He said he would call his company . Two minutes later he was back to cutting the pavers, using no water. The rest of the afternoon, I had an almost constant cloud of white dust in my lanai and entire back yard. I spent several hours cleaning my lanai, including all the screens, and my boat. About a week has past, and they are back cutting pavers and creating clouds of dust. The wind is blowing my way again. I feel these people have no regard for others.
