Better than expected.

6PM. NEVER SHIWED UP. NO CALL.

Wayne, the owner, came out to give us a price on replacing the screens in our front entrance enclosure and scheduled the work for the following week. Our enclosure was installed by another vendor about 2 years ago and such heavy gauge screen was used, it was always dark and the front doors were barely visible through it. The screen was "pet proof" so was overly strong and heavy - we did not ask for it and were not told about it until completed. Wayne's crew arrived on time, were very friendly and professional and did a great job. My neighbor even called after the job was completed and said "I can see your front door for the first time!" Mission accomplished! Because of Wayne's friendliness and professionalism, he spoke with some neighbors and he will be rescreening their pool next week. We are very pleased.

We contacted Ed to get an estimate on re-screening our entire pool enclosure. He made an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. He came out when scheduled and gave us an estimate. We accepted and requested that he complete the job. The job was scheduled within the week. We live off a lake, get a breeze frequently, and requested that the spline be strong enough to withstand the breeze. Ed stated that that will not be a problem. The job was completed in one day. The workers doing the work were very courteous and accommodating. When job was completed we paid the workers. Several days later we had two side panel screens fall out. We called Ed and explained that we had a problem with several screens. He sent workers to complete the re-screening of the two panels. About a week later we had another side panel fall out. Again and again we called but was unable to get anyone to answer the phone. After not having any luck contacting the company. I got out the tools and spline that we had used in the past and replaced myself. We have continued to try to reach Ed which I did when I called him from my work number to have him look at the enclosure. I see the overhead screen coming loose from the enclosure. I spoke with Ed and he asked me to give him several days.......I did and that was several weeks ago. We had hired another contractor to complete some other work for us at the house. When he took a look at the enclosure he felt that it would not hold up as the spline is not adequate for the job. I'm disappointed that we could not get Ed to follow up and get this resolved with ABC Screen Masters, Inc.

Do not use this company! Several phone calls, missed appts and excuses and the job did not get completed by this company

Serviceman worked hard in the nasty heat, |stretching & climbing up & down the ladder, all the while remaining efficient & very pleasant. Excellant work accomplished in miserable conditions.

I contacted the company regarding a screen door for my sliding door that leads to the patio. I told them that it was 36 by 96. The gave me an estimate of $175 which I said was fine and wanted to proceed with it. They told me someone would be over to measure the door so that they had the correct measurements. No one showed up for the appointment. I have called them 3 time and each time the person who answers the phone says they are not in the office so they needed to check and get back to me. Each time they took my name and number. I also tried to contact them via their web page. No response.

Nice guys, and they did a great job, too!

Incredible! After researching all the reviews on Angie's List we decided to go with ABC Screen Masters. I'm so glad we did. We had 3 screens replaced on the TOP of our patio/pool cage for a cost of $180. Storm damage from the latest 50 mph gusts of wind. Ask for Yohan if you choose to have any screen work done. The work was done meticulously and professionally. No debris was left. We called on a Thursday afternoon, described the repair, given an estimate and they were able to come out Friday morning. Other companies could not even send someone out to do an estimate for at least a 2-week wait. And, their initial estimate was more than twice the price. Again, I am very impressed by the work performed by ABC Screen Masters. I would highly recommend!

.They did a very good job in a very prompt manner. I read their reviews on this web site and gave them a try since they had the best price and could do the work promptly. Rescreening is a prelude to getting new shutters on the lanai. They can be a little hard to understand but just work at it and you'll get there. A small complaint was that they did not promptly return calls but they were not offended when I called them again and then acted promptly. Once they knew they had the job, things moved quickly. There was a small extra charge for changing screws holding railing to tile; can't really fault them though as we did not discuss that in advance and they did get the job done; it simply would not have been possible to change the screws with the screens on so I am just glad they could do it on short notice; screens are tight and look great; I would use them again

The only problem was they first said would be out at 8:00 am. but called back said would be there at 5:00 pm did not get there until 5:30pm but got right to work as soon as they got there.

These folks deserve major props. I called on Monday afternoon and Ed said he's send someone over. I requested the next morning, and at 9:00 Carlos showed up to look at my windows. He returned about an hour later with materials, set up in my backyard and started making screens. He then custom made 5 screens for my windows and they were perfect. Finished up, cleaned up and was done. Very satisfied with the job. Would definitely recommend them.

Since I was having problems locating a similar service in the area who would return phone calls, this was my last hope. Showed up two days later. The installer really took his time and did an outstanding job. Excellent service at a reasonable price.
