I SELECTED A $90 DOLLAR LUBE AND ADJUST THAT WAS LISTED AS A SPECIAL. I WAS CHARGED $605 BY THE PROVIDER, AND THE SPECIAL PRICE TOTAL COST $695.00. NO DETAILS OF WORK DONE WERE PROVIDED, NO GUARATEES, AND NO CALLBACK. WHEN I CALLED THEM THE OWNER SAID HE WAS BUSY WITH A CLIENT, AND DID NOT CALL BACK. HE EMAILED ME DEMANDING PAYMENT. I PAID.

I called them and they were here within 45 minutes. They were very pleasant to work with and they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend using this company.

When I did speak with them on 4/20/15, back they advised they couldn't make it out today but can be there at 9:30am the next morning. They didn't show up, or even keep me posted they were running late. I wouldn't use this company in the future. Was promised service technician at 9:30 - no call. They finally called me at 10:00 am and I said 'no thank you.'

Excellent. One of the few companies I've dealt with here in SWF that didn't try to sell me something new. They repaired what was repairable and replaced what was necessary.

Had used this company several years previously and was satisfied. Decided to use them again. Called on a Friday evening and they came by on Saturday morning - pleased with short notice appt. Work went smoothly except they had difficulty removing the broken spring and needed my hammer to pound it off. I used a coupon from my previous service with them which reduced the cost by $10.00. Obviously I can't determine whether the price was reasonable or not since I didn't shop around. As far as quality, how can one judge whether or not the springs used were good, fair or poor product. Door operates fine now.
