 + -1 moreShortly after paying our pool service for the year, he retired and referred all of his customers to A Sparkling Touch. For a variety of reasons it didn't work out at all with me and a few of my neighbors. I let him go and he is refusing to refund the balance of the year (almost $500.00) so I have filed a lawsuit against him.
