A Better View Window Cleaning

This is is the 2nd time I have used A Better View Window Cleaning. He is very professional, neat, fast and does great work. Windows, screens and tracks are spotless when he's finished plus he informs me of any current or potential issues. I will be using him again at the end of rainy season then every 6 months thereafter.

Rob came to clean my windows, as expected. He arrived on time and worked in an organized manner. Since this was my first time hiring someone to clean my windows I didn’t know what to expect. Rob was very thorough. He cleaned the outside windows, inside the windows, windowsills, and even the tops of fans. He put on shoe covers when he entered my home and did not bring in messy shoes. I am extremely impressed and pleased with the job he did. Other than spot cleaning, I will never clean my windows again. I plan to hire “A Better View Window Cleaning”!

TOP NOTCH! Owner is very reasonable with his pricing, and provides additional pricing costs UP FRONT. As homeowners, we sometimes put in the wrong amount of windows when seeking prices, and to be fair to the owner, we sometimes "guesstimate" the wrong window count. But the owner is honest, and up front by actually counting the windows there, ON SITE and letting you know the extra costs. I don't know why other reviewer complained about getting charged more for more windows. That's because YOU HAVE MORE WINDOWS! If the Angie's List deal mentions a x amount of windows, and you have 15 more, then you should pay for it! At least they tell you BEFORE the services are rendered, that you actually have more windows, and the cost would therefore, be more! The other reviewer's option would be to pay for the exact windows on the PROMO, and leave the others dirty. But that's not really smart, is it??????? We have known a Better View for many, many years, and they are very, very highly recommended.

I called him on a recommendation from my mother who got him off of Angies List. She bought a package from him for a flat rate. When I called I asked how he charged and he said "for a 2 story I charge anywhere between $175-$200." I told him that would be fine and that I also wanted him to do our business. When he got to our business he quoted me $10 per window so I asked then how is that different from our house which he quoted a flat rate. He said, "your house will not be more than $250." So it went from $200 to $250. Then when he came to my house he quoted me per window which would now make the price $350. I told him I felt that he was being dishonest and should have been truthful upfront about how he charged. He said it was a miscommunication on my part. Then I asked him to provide his business license and Insurance before he did any work for us. He texted me back and said "sure." However when he arrived and I asked for proof he said he doesn't have Insurance right now and that he only get's it for Oct - May, the busy season. He is a shady business man and I would NEVER hire him again!!

Rob and his father (two really delightful and interesting men) arrived early. Rob walked through the house/garage to note what needed cleaning, and then he and his father went to work. Very professional - booties on indoor cleaner's feet, their own equipment. If there was a question from either of them or ourselves, it was easily answered. We had just had some new windows installed, and they pointed out where there could be a potential problem in the glass on one of them (we plan on notifying the window installer). I have the feeling that if we noticed a problem after they left, they would rectify it. We were very pleased with them.

It didn?t go as well as I had hoped. He showed up and said I had a lot more windows than it includes, so he had to charge me an extra $100. So, I went ahead and gave it to him. It started off in a pretty negative note, the way he counted windows. Then he did not clean the screens that were sitting right in the garage waiting to be cleaned. He didn?t fulfill the rest of the contract where I think he was supposed to fix the mirrors. To my knowledge, he only did maybe 3. He just didn?t do the job right, I didn?t like the guy and he was a little bit of a con artist. I didn?t like what he did. I didn?t like it at all. The work that they did do turned out fine. I wouldn?t use them again. I am not happy so far.

Windows are smeary and dirty in spots; I don't know if the screens were even cleaned- they are dirty- I know he didn't use a hose. I gave him an overall C because he was punctual, pleasant and great price

Good. He even found a defective window, which I will now report to the company.

As expected, they came on time, cleaned my windows. Did a good job. I would use them again. I just thought there were places they could have done a slightly better job.

Excellent! Rob was very professional, cleaned everything as promised and even cleaned three extra windows and two fans at no extra charge.. I would highly recommend his business to anyon e.

Problems with scheduling, but once they arrived, they did an excellent job.

They were fine. They did an excellent cleaning job on the windows. They were unobtrusive. They came in, did the job, and left. They did not make a big deal out of it or anything like that. They were on time.

Never received a call to set up an app't and services were never done/

Did an ok job , think job was bigger then anticipated. Also by himself, needed a helper for my home.

I had some questions about the service. The man called back in half an hour. He said that he is on a road and will call in 2-3 hours. It already over 24 hours but he never called me again

It was okay. It was fine. They came out within ten days. There were no unexpected issues. It wasn't the best. It wasn't the worst. It was mediocre. Price was average. It wasn't high and it wasn't low. Their responsiveness was okay.

The vendor did a very good job. He not only did the interior and exterior of the doors and windows, he brushed down the screens and cleaned all sills and door tracks. Very impressed with the thoroughness of his work for the price paid. Will be using him again

VERY GOOD JOB. THERE WAS SOME OLD SPLATTERS OF DRYWALL MUD STUCK ON THE WINDOWS, WHICH HE TOOK CARE OF. HE WAS VERY FOCUSED ON HIS WORK AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THIS WAS THE 'DEAL OF THE DAY', AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

They didn't clean the track's like they were supposed too, left a couple of windows still dirty, and he had to come back. We spent the same amount at our other location, and they did a better job. He just wasn't into it.
