This team is fast, efficient, and reasonable. Tile floors are always clean and streak-free. Unlike other cleaning experts I have used, nothing has ever been broken.

This husband and wife team are fast, but extremely efficient. My tile floors have never been cleaner and are always streak-free, and the rest of the house is always cleaned to perfection. I use them every other week.

I hired A & J to clean 2 apartments prior to tenants arrivals. However, when the tenants arrived they were appalled by the state of cleanliness of the apartments. The handyman and a second cleaning company concurred. Photos were taken prior to their work as proof of lack of cleanliness and we hired a new cleaning company to complete the job. In addition, they were supposed to arrive on 12/27, but did not arrive until the 1st and were dishonest as to why they were unable to keep one of their re-scheduled appointments.

We had been out of town for a two month vacation and when we came home we had an ant infestation. There were dead ants EVERYWHERE. We cleaned up the major areas but called A&J. There were able to come out with little notice. Two people (husband and wife), did a great job, cleaned up all the ants from obscure corners, cleaned the house and were gone.... I had another service one time, sent one girl- she did a great job but was at my old house for five hours. I don't want to work around a housecleaner for that long. A & J was in and out. We plan to have them back on a regular schedule.

I was shopping for a cleaning service and I chose A & J Cleaning Services based on the excellent reviews. I Hate giving negative reviews (and this is my first) but my first question to the company was i can you make this particular week, and if you can't let me know because I will have to find one who can. They scheduled me on Thursday and that told me I was good to go. I got a AL message after they were supposed to be at the house (no phone call), that they had to reschedule. This was unacceptable to me because the only requirement I had was to be here that week. I can't speak to the quality of work, or Punctuality, because they didn't fulfill their agreement to be here the week I needed. I understand things happen, but this put me in a bind. I gave a rating of "C" because I called the week prior to make the appointment, so there wasn't a lot of lead time, and they also tried to resolve the issue by discounting a future cleaning. I wouldn't say do not use this company, but just be sure to not have any expectations on when they say they will be there.

They did just what we expected. They came in, brought all of their own supplies and equipment and got to work. While they were here they worked constantly. They are friendly, polite, responsive, and on time. I would highly recommend them. We are having them clean on a regular basis.

GREAT! Annmarie and John are a delight. They are helpful, understanding and accommodating. At times we have to change the cleaning dates due to finances and they always understand. We truly love them and they have become like part of the family. It is always a nice time when they are with us. We recommend them highly.

Ann Marie and John have been cleaning my condo every two weeks for a few months now and I highly recommend them. The cleaning includes floors, 2 bathrooms, bedroom, den and kitchen, with light dusting. I have also asked them to clean fans and air duct exteriors when needed. They have been flexible on a few occasions when I have had to change my cleaning date/time.

I contacted Annemarie to request a quote for move-out cleaning and she responded immediately. We exchanged details of the job and she provided me a quote and we quickly agreed on a date/time. They arrived on the agreed date and time as planned and looked over the job and quickly got to work. I found them very friendly and professional. The house was empty of furniture but carpet cleaning was also going on at the same time. They worked around the carpet cleaners and cleaned the 2800 square feet in about 3.5 hours. The job was excellent; cleaned all the cabinets inside and out, polished everything, steam cleaned all the tile, cleaned all the fans and made the bathrooms sparkle, a couple of the bathrooms we never used and they looked fantastic. Outdoor kitchen was sparkling when they were done. Every nook and cranny was given a through cleaning. The owner of the house we were renting said the place looked great and was very pleased. I highly recommend A&J Cleaning, their work was first rate and good value for money, they use top quality cleaning products and are very pleasant and professional to deal with.

Annmarie and her husband cleaned our 3/3+ condo in 90 minutes. It is the worst house cleaning we have had. When they left our condo didn't even look like it was cleaned. What a waste of good money.

She was very good while I was able to employ her.

They graciously accommodated us even though it was very short notice to them. Excellent contact via phone and text kept us updated, and they arrived earlier than scheduled. After going over our requests, they tackled the job quickly and thoroughly, exceeding our expectations. We will be contracting them to do a monthly service as soon as we get settled, and highly recommend them.

Cleaned a two story house that had not been professionally cleaned in more than 18 months. They were very detailed in every room and just did an outstanding job. They were very efficient (no padding time) and they were easy to schedule and arrived on time. They cleaned from the ceiling fans to the hardwood floors and everything in between. I was doing laundry and they also made the bed and took out the trash for me.

i have been using this company for almost a year now. They come once a month to provide a full home deep cleaning. It is a husband/wife team who are both extremely professional, courteous and friendly, competent and efficient. Numerous times I have had to change or reschedule appts and they are very accommodating with my schedule. They take pride in their work and always want to ensure my satisfaction, which is easy enough because they always do an exceptional job.

It did not go. They were slow to respond. They stated that someone was out sick. I guess that our short staffed.....

Did a great job. On time. Friendly and fast. Will definitely use them again.
