So.....copying keys is supposed to be a pretty simple job right? Heck, they even have fully automated key duplication machines. So yeah, this is gonna be easy peasy. First stop: Home Depot in Minneapolis. Get to Florida, copy doesn't work. Second stop: Lowes. "Copy please." Sure, no problem, miss. Of course no problem - it's just a key. Nope. Third stop: Ace Hardware. "Copy please." Sure, no problem, miss. Except oops there's a problem. What the heck! This key hates me. AND to make my life even more exciting, I brought in a second key to have copied but Ace doesn't carry a blank that will work for that copy. FINALLY Ace man tells me about Ken at AA Quality Safe and says he's the only guy that will be able to copy the second key. So I drive to AA Quality Safe and have both keys copied and BOTH KEYS WORK. (Insert happy dance here.)

I have and ADT security system that has been beeping annoyingly for a few days. I could not find the key to open the Master Alarm Box to replace the 12 volt battery backup. I logged into Angie's List to find a locksmith to help me with this issue. AA Quality Safe and Lock came to my home within 20 minutes of my phone call and opened the box within a minute or two. I also have a large safe that was left by the previous owners and had the combination but could not open it. He showed me the correct procedure and taught me to open it successfully for no additional charge.

This is a high quality locksmith for everyday and specialty needs. They are now my go to locksmith.

I had recently purchased a 2007 Kia Sedona that came with 1 key only. Fortunately, I found this business to cut 2 new keys for me. The owner even gave me the number of an Auto Locksmith that handles programming key fobs to the car for cheaper than going to the dealership. Great experience and super fast! Very knowledgeable and not annoying like going to Lowes or Home Depot. Will go again when the need arises.
