ple, Basically, my wife inherited a property in Cape Coral, FL. The tenants left without notice and no arrangements were made to mow the grass. We first became aware of the problem when we received a code non-compliance notification from the City of Cape Coral. My wife and I live in Virginia. We contacted several possible lawn services, including 5 BM Lawn Service. They were by far the least expensive estimate that we had. We contracted with them to take care of the lawn. Their work has been thorough and careful. They have reported problems to us long distance. Very nice young couple, Brian and Bobbie and their three children, all of whose names begin with B, hence the 5 BM's.
