Michael Cuevas is a seller's agent at 1st Community Realty. The Cheney Group. I was coming in from NJ to look at property in Cape Coral and Ft. Myers Beach. He did a great job listening to my wants and needs. He lined up a handful of houses for me to see, put in a contract and are closing next week. I have worked with many real estate agents in NJ, most mediocre at best. It was refreshing to work with Michael, very professional and on top of the market. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a house in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area to call him.
