My wife and I had visited Ocean Carpets to find a carpet to replace the old carpet in our bedrooms, hallway and steps. Prior to visiting them we had been to Home Depot and Lowes, they seemed to busy to really spend time with us and answer questions. It seemed their price was reasonable until they mentioned all the extra cost for installation, even though they advertised free install. Ocean Carpets were very informative and spent all the time we needed to answer our questions and encouraged us to take samples home to find which one we like the best. They came early the next morning to measure our rooms and told us our estimate would be ready in an hour. We went in later that day and their price was fair and we decided to go with the locally owned business and we couldn't be happier. Excellant company, friendly people, and great service.

Great experience. First, he was early, as I asked for the earliest appointment, before work. He said there may be signs of his cuts due to the transitions from one room to the other. I watched him cut the carpet and I still can't see it, today. We have some large rooms with angled hallways and he did a flawless job. If we need it done again or other flooring services, these are our people.
