Mother and Daughter Clean Team

Not enough space to write about how bad the experience was with this crew. Suffice it to say, that they did clean part of my house 3 times. The actual cleaning was fair but since they charge by the hour they were very slow actually never finishing my house. They were also unreliable never arriving when they said they were going to and the last two times they came to clean they brought their one year old son/grandson with them. They had the nerve to tell me that I should pay for 3 cleaners since there were 3 of them there with the baby but not all 3 of them cleaned. I don't know how you can spend 9 hours at my house and not clean the entire house. It's not that big. It's only 2,700 sq. feet. The second time they spent 6 house and I was very specific about what I wanted clean and they only cleaned the kitchen, 1 bathroom, the master bed and the great room. They did not get to the other bathroom or bedroom. The third time the same thing happened. My husband and I work from home and having the 12 month old baby with them was very unprofessional as we were trying to work and make calls. We figured we would give them one more try (which would have been visit 4). I told Sharon, the owner that she and her partner could work 3 hours a piece for a total of 6 hours. She told me that she was not a morning person and was doing one house before mine so she would come in the afternoon. The last two times she had arrived around 2:15 when she said she would be there at 2. She wouldn't start cleaning until around 2:30 but the clock started ticking the minute she pulled into my driveway even though she was getting the baby out. So, I texted her this last time and said what time are you coming? She said they would be here at around noon as she had a doc appointment at 3:45. Remember, I asked for her to work 6 hours (3 hours ea). At 12:30 she had still not arrived. I texted her and told her not to come. She texted me but I don't believe it was a text meant for me as she said, "Fxxk her". We're not going back ever. She didn't acknowledge sending it to me. Nor, did she acknowledge that it was 12:30 and she still had not arrived. I cannot recommend this team. They are unreliable and to bring a baby with them to do the work means they aren't always working but are charging by the hour.

my wife is a clean fanatic. She wasn't around when Sharon and her daughter came to clean (they fit us in around their 'regulars)'. They were very diligent and were determined to leave the place perfect. When my wife retuned and saw the results, she was impressed with how great the place looked, even asking how they were able to clean the tile brighter than she had ever done herself.

They were a hard working dynamic duo!!! Every part of the kitchen was sparkling when done. I would hire them again in a minute. Highly recommend their service.

They're professional, punctual, and courteous. They were good and fast.
