He showed me exactly what he was investigating and explained the process along the way. He followed up within 48 hours with a complete written report with photo documentation. I'd highly recommend CSI for any leak detection needs.

 + 2 moreGeorge Came out to my home when he said he would. He spent an hour doing tests, observations and cleaning an area of the tile. He explained to me what was happening and why. FINALLY, I get the answers I was asking from someone who did not have a bias or wanted to make more money off of me.
Description of Work: I called CSI Flooring after no one would explain to me what was happening to my tile. The dealer and installer could not answer why I was having issues, they just told me it was my fault.
