Shows Construction, Inc. is a custom home building company located in the Greater Pensacola area. We take pride in building well built, energy efficient homes and providing true professional customer service. We invest the time needed to make sure each home meets the needs and desires of the client while working with them to select the right combination of features for their budget. We are happy to provide our potential clients with a list of our past clients and professional references and we are experienced at building for clients who live out of the area while their new home is built.

Services we offer

New custom home construction which include the options of: pre-construction consultation, wood framing, block construction, ICF construction, coastal construction expertise (piling/elevated homes) & energy efficiency guidance. We only build on the client's land/lot and each home is built to the owner's plan and preferences. We can also refer you to qualified home designers or architects and provide review and input during the home design if desired and approved by the designer/architect.

Enjoyable and educational experience.
Description of Work: General contractor for the home we built on Pensacola Beach. Mr. Shows did a great job of walking us through the process and building the home of our dreams. His subs were professional and punctual. Build was completed ahead of schedule and the quality is top-notch.
