A disaster! We waited two weeks past scheduled date to conduct the initial walk through with Billy Smith. We thought we were finally under way. Nearly 3 weeks later and having zero response to us or our builder, we fire LB and went with Meister. They have been awesome and responsive, though more expensive. Neither Billy, nor his office assistant returned calls, text, or emails. Zero! Not the courtesy to explain any issue they might be having. This cost us 5 weeks in an already stretched out build process thanks to Covid, supply chain issues, and a workforce paid to not work. Do not use LB Electrical Services as you willNOT get any services.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. He came out to "fix" a ckt breaker. Was there 10 minutes. The service call was $75 and as soon as he left the ckt blew again. I called and called and called. We spoke at least 6 times. Each time he said he would be out "tomorrow" and never showed. I couldn't believe how bad it was. I finally called Webster Electric and they were out the SAME DAY! They fixed my problem and I have hired them to do additional work. I texted Billy Smith to ask for my $75 back. He said, no problem, glad you go it fixed. Guess What? Nothing! I texted him 5 more times, each time saying he would send me a check. Nothing! It has been 3 months now and still no check. I would never hire this guy again!

Billy Smith was suppose to pull our permit for electrical work and start work 12/8/14, as of that morning the county had no records of that permit, his crew showed up starting the job , we had them to stop until we had confirmation of permit, we had been trying to call Billy all that morning to get this cleared up but never answered our call. The crew had stated there was a permit, For us that was a red flag since the county said otherwise, the crew got him on the phone and we ask him about it and he said it was done electronically and not posted yet, and he was offended that we wanted proof and then said he didn't want to do our job. Our thoughts are its very unprofessional to NOT WANT TO prove this to a consumer, The crew he had was very professional and apologetic,,
