Wow, where do I start? As a military member who owns a home on Navarre with an above ground pool, I needed a new liner. Not only did Brandon go by and pick up the liner from Pensacola Pools, but he also delivered it to the house for installation. His professional crew arrived on the day they said; however, could not proceed due to the condition of the pool structure. Through a personal phone call with him, we decided it was best to have the pool taken down. Again, his crew returned on the day they said and removed the pool as agreed upon. To top it all off, his crew also returned the unused liner to the store and I received a 100% credit. His price did not change a penny either. Now I ask you when you read this, how many companies truly go above and beyond like that? My wife and I had no worries whatsoever about entrusting him with the job...you shouldn't either. Brandon is an A+ business in my book and he should be used first in every instance. Let's get him some more feedback so he can float to the top of this list -- he deserves more business for such amazing service! Thank you Brandon!!!

The crew was never on time, they were not professional. Had to have them return 3 times to replace the trim around the pool liner rim, still have not replaced an area that we have told them about. The liner started fading noticeably the first year, we have contacted them several times a year, they were checking on it. I have continued to call with no resolve. Holcomb pool would blame it on the manufacturer of the liner, and they would not take them blame. When Holcomb pool contacted them, they requested pictures....they agreed it was a faulty liner. Holcomb pools offered to replace the liner and only charge me a minimal amount to install the liner? Are you kidding me?

Absolutely wonderful, and honest as the day is long too

Our pool maint. guys who come once a week to service the pool recommended Holcomb Swimming Pools for a new pool liner. The owner came out, took the measurements, gave me a call back later, came back and explained the procedure and gave me an estimate. A week later a crew of 3 came by, took a look around, did some prep work, came back the next day and installed the liner. They came back today to finish the job. They were probably some of the best professionals that I’ve seen do home service work. I highly recommend them to anyone.
