I came upon Gulf Coast Skylights at a local event and I was impressed by the product and their knowledge. I had been researching solar tubes for awhile and was considering doing the work myself. I called and scheduled an and received an estimate a day later. The owner made some great suggestions regarding the placement of the sky lights in place of existing lighting which made for a very attractive outcome. A few days after the estimate the three solar tubes were installed in about a half a day. Everything turned out perfectly and I am very pleased with the outcome. I only wish I would known about Gulf Coast Skylights sooner.

This is Gulf Coast Skylights second trip. We have purchased three "Natural Light tubular skylights" from them. The skylights are guaranteed for 25 years and let light in without adding any heat. These skylights have a convex shape so the lights spreads The first one was the large skylight which we had put in the kitchen. Cliff and his assistant brought plastic, covered the area fully and when finished, you couldn't even tell they'd been cutting a hole in your ceiling. These guys make you feel that you've been friends forever while being totally professional. It took around three hours. What a difference! From dungeon dark to bright!!! The second visit was scheduled before they left, as I was now hooked! Cliff installed two tunnel type skylights in our great room. These were the small ones. I originally wanted the larger ones, but Cliff suggested we go with the smaller ones, as they would give us the light we needed. That not only saved us money but depicted his honesty. As I said before... I am hooked. These skylights make the room so much lighter!!!! Third visit coming up - I've decided to put another one in the breakfast area.... Also getting the solar attic fan to help lower our electric bills. If it sounds like I'm advertising for them, I'm not. Never met them before!! It's just so nice when you find a company like this!!!!
