Description of Work: House washing, mildew treatment. Deal was cited as being worth $360? Our home is only 1600 sq feet, mostly brick with very little siding built new in 2001 with very little mold - only in one area. The washing was fair, had to call back for the mildew and to their credit, they did come right back out and treat again. I do not see where the service was anywhere worth an original amount of $360 and quite frankly, have had better washing with other services for less or around amount I ended up paying.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and made special gutter wiring to stop leaves from collecting inside. Fixed front door and re attached Conner roof piece that was falling off.

Description of Work: Replaced an interior door going to garage. The fit is not a good one. We have to put our body into it to close all the way. | |Replaced a pocket door and framing around door. The quality is poor, and the door does not close tightly and evenly. | |Patched holes in drywalls and was promised they would re-texture it to match the rest of the wall. The retexture is missing in some parts (like, where they cut out to match the paint). | |Small hole that was "patched" in my kids bath was not reinforced with a door stopper. The hole is now visible from the door handle hitting the wall when my son opens it form his bedroom to use the bathroom. (It's a Jack-n-Jill bath that is accessible only from the kids' bedrooms.) | |Asked for a waterproofing solution around my master tub. The solution that was installed was very cheap looking and way overpriced for an aesthetic eye sore. I had them remove the plastic and now there is damage along my tub on the wall. I will have to hire someone else to come and place tiles around the tub to cover it up. | |I asked to re-caulk around the master bath sink, kids' bath tub, and backsplash behind the kitchen sink. Rather than remove the caulk, they just put new caulk over the old caulk, which has since cracked and worn through. | |The main thing I wanted done was a solution to my weather stripping on my front and back doors due to my neighbor's cat tearing the heck out of it. I thought there was a solution to use metal stripping, but Allen couldn't find anything. So, rather than offer to repair the torn up weather stripping with the regular stripping, they just left the door damaged as is. | |They tried real hard to work around our schedules (since we work during the day.) So, we greatly appreciated that. However, they were so busy during the weekdays that they would either come later than planned and leave right away...To me, it felt like they put more emphasis on working fast than on their quality of work. | |Very professional and respectful whenever we talked with them, and they were very nice to my children, but I won't use them again because of the poor quality.

Description of Work: Took down a tile back splash with the drywall and replaced drywall. Work was not perfect but was acceptable.

Description of Work: They repaired two holes in our garage ceiling and replaced 6 sets of exterior decorative shutters (removing/discarding old shutters and filling in the former anchor holes).
