Dan was awesome, thorough and professional. I would recommend him to everyone in this area.

We had some back OLD iron drain pipes that were leaking and needed to be replaced so we contacted Watkins Plumbing. Mr. Watkins came by to give an estimate and was able to give us a timeframe when he could get to the job if we chose to have him do the work. Once my wife and I discussed his estimate we called him back to schedule the work. He showed up on time, did excellent work and actually took some money off the original estimate because he was able to finish the job in less time than he had originally figured. I have already recomended him to others and won't hesitate to again.

His inspection identified right away the root blocking the clean-out access. He replaced metal pipe with pvc and added an access for the future so going underneath the house is not necessary and the homeowner can maintain it.

Great. The plumber was very nice and efficient. When faucets were installed, he wrapped them with insulation, something I didn't request but certainly appreciated. Will definitely use this service in the future.

John is the only plumber we will call. He is not from our area, but from Ft. Lauderdale. If you lived in this area you would find that info comforting. John SHOWS UP, RETURNS CALLS and DOES THE JOB. He may be a little bit more than the other plumbers that are born and raised here, but you can be assured he knows what he is doing and he does what he promises. There is nothing John has turned us down over, where others either have said they wouldn't do it, or they won't show up in the first place... or return a call. I HIGHLY recommend John. He has even done a little more than a plumber usually would, i.e. install a dryer vent. We own 4 houses and John has replumbed, so far, 3 of them and partially plumbed the fourth. We are looking to repiping to the city next. (The properties are all connected) Below you will find my answer to scheduling a concern, BUT we know John makes his major money from emergency calls and we know our job will take time and we are not pressed for time. So we talked to John months in advance about this particular job, he came out, gave us a ballpark figure which gives us a good idea of how much we will need in the end. When we are ready, he comes out and does the job, even in stages if we need him to.
