Cathy and Rinna are always on time. They are funny & kind. They are experts in their work and our house is always transformed by them. It is so clean and smells so good! They are fantastic!!

The 2 people did a great job. Came on time and didn't leave until complete job finished. I have used them for the past 14+ years. They are the best.

Everything was satisfactory. It was kind of a funny situation. First when they left they said they were booked up and could not help me any further. Then they called me and said they had an opening available. So I put it down in the calendar. The weekend I had put in the calendar, they didn't show up but the following weekend they showed up. They said that was the weekend they scheduled for me. So either it was my fault and I didn't put it in the calendar properly or there was just a misunderstanding on the dates or whatever the case may be. When they called to tell me they were at my house I was out of town. I apologized and I told them I would love to work with you for my cleaning service, I just had you down for the previous weekend. They were a little upset, I could tell and they said we'll call you back and give you another day and I've never heard no more from them. They were prompt the first time.
