Description of Work: He cut out the rusted out mailboxes from the brick housing and replaced them with new boxes. He did a great job!

The tech was in the community tampering with the mailboxes on an previous occasion and left when questioned by the board president. He had no business in the community and was rude and confrontational. The board president observed the individual picking a lock are asked him to state his business. He claimed to have a work order but hesitated to produce it. He was advised to leave the property, at that point he produced a work order and also claimed that his firm had a contract with the property management service to do work in the community. This is false. The techs lady companion joined in that all that I owned was my individual mailbox. I begged to differ. .She walked away and stating that she was "Going to pray me out of here." Avoid this firm.
Description of Work: The firm was called by a home owner because of stickers from the vendor that were on the mailboxes. (since removed)

Our service technician was working on another individual's mailbox. The individual that wrote this review was drunk and very disrespectful to our service technician. We have been in business since 1999 and this is the first time an individual has complained. He claimed he was the board president but was drunk and had no right to even question why we were there doing a job. This was a gated community and another individual had requested our services. The service technician was wearing a company shirt, had a caution light on the truck, was driving a company truck and tried to reason with a drunk man that he had every legal right to be working on the property. We contacted the property manager and she stated that she worked for the board and could not comment about the board president because she works for them. We were told if contacted by individuals in that community to continue doing work for them.
