They found the circuit breaker had a loose connection. This solved part of the problem, but AC unit needed replacement.

Well it is going on 3 weeks and I have called and left messages 4 times at his business and received no response. The person answering the phone states she will message him again, however still no response. I am not looking for anything for free just have someone communicate with me and repair the issue and move on. With the new units and work done my bill was well over $ 25,000 and believe me there is no way I could ever recommend Ed's again to anyone.

Came out to diagnose the heating and air problem. Told me it would cost upwards of $1,500 to fix. Or he be happy to sell me a new system for over $7,000. I got a second opinion a couple days later for less than half of the original quote and the heat was on in 10 minutes.

First time I had used Ed's for our home in St Marys, GA. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. I would use them again. It says service territory is Duval and Nassau county, but the tech lived in nearby Kingsland so he did our service on the way home. Worked out well for everyone.

Showed up promptly to give us a quote. When we accepted their quote the service tech scheduled the service within the week and came by the day before the installation to review everything one more time. Installation crews showed about about 9 am of the morning of the installation and was finished by 3 pm. AC was off for a minimum of time (only about 2 1/2) hours. Two crews worked efficiently and were quite careful and clean. At conclusion, we were given a "tour" of our new systems and showed how everything worked. Overall, a very positive experience.

They returned out call right away. We discussed what was needed to complete the job and ordered the units. They arrived on time at which time we scheduled the installation. They associates arrived on time and immediately began the installation. We ran into a few issues and they were immediately on top of it. The owner came by to see and assist. Additional workers were assigned to help the employees that had already been there all day. yes we ran into some issues that were not their fault and they dealt with them very professionally and timely. I would hire them again if ever needed. They are great to work with.

One time a rat got into my air conditioner and they came out right away and took care of it. They normally just charge me for the filters. I have been using them for 10 years. They are really good about getting out here. I will continue to use them.

My heat pump would not cool or heat, fan would blow but compressor would not kick in. Called about 10 am on 11-7-12 was advised tech would come out after lunch and would receive another call with approx time. received call about 30 mins before tech arrived. Explained the trouble to Jason who then went outside to my unit. Came back shortly there after with reason and was told how much repair would be. About 10 mins later anti was fixed and working properly. Was advised by Jason that My wife and I should start to think about replacing unit due to its age. Quoted us a price on new unit. Ours is 10 years old and original builders installed so it was not the best of brands to begin with. Next year when we get ready to replace the unit will most likely purchase through ECS after getting a couple other quotes.

Overall, the experience has been good. They're always very quick to respond.
