+ -1 moreI started calling Victor's Tile Plus on June 1st. It is now June 25. The contractor that built my house referred me to them to have my ceramic tile patio completely regrouted. I have tried to schedule a date for an estimate at least 5 times. The guy was out of town, the guy wasn't in the office that day, the guy had just stepped out of the office, the guy didn't show up that day. The person who answered the phone did call me back a couple of times, but she was not successful in communicating with the estimate guy to get an appointment set up. The latest reason is that the estimate guy goes on vacation sometime in July, and it seems the office just doesn't know which week that will be. I have found another company.
Description of Work: Need to regrout my 250 s.f. 2nd floor ceramic tile patio. Cracks in the current tile are allowing water to leak onto the 1st floor lanai - and who knows where else!

Description of Work: Completely remodeled a medium size shower. There had been a water leak and the studs had to be replaced as well. Also tiled the small floor in the shower/toilet area to match tiles in shower. It was done in a timely manner. The shower was gorgeous when finished.

+ -1 moreWorkers from Victors Tile Plus were puntual, courteous and efficient. They cleaned every day before they left. Covered everything they could to avoid dust. I had put off this project just because of the inconvenience but they did all of they heavy furniture moving both before starting and after finishing. Any inconvenience was minimal. The result is more beautiful than I ever thought! I highly recommend Victors Tile Plus! Thanks guys!
Description of Work: Removed old flooring of tile, carpet and vinyl from master suite and dining room. Replaced floor in those areas with porcelain tile. Beautiful!

+ -1 moreThey did a pretty good job. The supervisor and the people in the office were very professional. But the work crew was less than professional. The workers didn't seem to bring enough tools; they didn't have the right tools for the job. There was communication problem at times because when the foreman wasn't here, nobody spoke English. One guy even tiled himself into a corner and had to crawl out of the window.
Description of Work: Victor's Tile Plus did tile work in the whole house.
