Great. Raymond did exactly what I needed him to do. I was very happy with the results. Thank you.

They unclogged my line due to it coming up my shower. Had a lot of powder soap backing everything up. Once that was done my shower was draining good. They also replaced my shower head and repaired my toilet that was leaking.

Raymond did a great job and I couldn’t believe how fast he was and so neat!

They cut my cables and piled the trench dirt in my yard called to.complain and no response. They are abomiable

Next morning the wood sink base had collapsed with 1 inch of water in it because tenant had lots of heavy household items under the sink. Kehle's technician returned and admitted it was his fault and that Kehle would "make it right". Two months later after lots of stalling and communicating over snail mail the owner who first said he would take care of it now says no, not their fault. If there wasn't a leak before Kehle and if their technician never saw and reported an issue with the faucet how could it be anyone but their fault.

It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. The person that they sent wasn't very experienced because he had to call into the office in order to complete the repairs, and I saw water coming out of the wall while he was completing the work.

They have come out many times. The came out for the first rough, second rough and final for the new house. It was new house construction. I used them because they were local and were willing to do it. They did what they were supposed to. He was the low bid.

Since it wasn't an emergency plumbing problem we had to wait a couple of days to get an appointment. The plumber arrived on time and was professional in both attire and manner. He went straight to work. His work was done efficiently and he left the bathroom clean. Upon my request he checked the second toilet and found a small flapper valve problem and repaired that as well, keeping me from having to pay for a second service call down the road.

Faucet had been dripping for about a year when it began to run continuously although slow. Kehle came the next day which was fine with me. The serviceman explained what my options were. He said he could probably fix it but he couldn't guarantee it. He said a new faucet would need to be installed if he couldn't fix it. He clearly explained the difference in cost depending on how I wanted him to proceed. He was able to fix it. He was very professional and courteous.

I had no hot water. Called Kehle's to service me under Old Republic Maintenance agreement. Paid $75 for the problem (which i had to correct myself). They said it was my hot water timer and that they could disconnect it for me. I purchased a new hot water time and called to see if they would put it in for me. The owner said "NO" they didn't do electrical - which they were going to do anyway. Horrible service and would NEVER use this company in the future.

He never over charges and officers free estimates. I really trust him and always call him when we have any plumbing problems. He is amazing!
