Called on Friday for a price but the manager said the person who did that activity was not in that day but would be in between 10AM and 2PM on Saturday. He gave me a estimate price of $71 but asked to call back to talk to the person responsible. Called again on Saturday but the person's work schedule had been changed and was not available but another sales person gave me a price of $79 and said the order would be placed on Monday with their supplier. Received a call back on Monday by the person responsible for ordering and was told that the price was actually $25 more than quoted because they charge for shipping. We talked to the manager about this but he refused to do anything. We cancelled the order.
Description of Work: Tried to purchase a rug pad over the phone for later pick-up and received a price.

James bros flooring was excellent. The people installing the carpet were on time, very professional, and the quality of the carpet was also excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for carpeting, or tile.
