Description of Work: Granite counter tops, back splash was broken by them but it was still installed, seams were very ragged, they filled them in and that made a wider seam and most of the filler has washed off. There was a large chip at curve of sink that was just repaired and we feel if it gets bumped a curtain way it will chip out easily. Waterfall edges were not polished before installing and they tried to polish them after, they just do not look a good as we feel they should. They also put a tile backsplash in, I was not notified that the tile I wanted had only some available and they got a different shade lot to add to what I wanted. It was not installed properly and the grout has covered edges of the tiles making it look like a do it yourself job! It took over several weeks to get project done and other contractors had to reschedule because of this. The owner of the company was on vacation during all of the install and as soon as he returned he tried to make things right but it was to late, the seams show a lot, the grout had dried, etc.

Description of Work: They did all the marble work on a mantle for me, in my home. They added a marble bench to my shower.

Description of Work: Remodel master bath.
