The owner came out and he was excellent. He took his time and he showed me exactly what was wrong with the roof that the home inspector should have noticed previous to buying the home.

Flagler County Roofing was recommended to us for a Wind Mitigation Inspection needed to procure a lower premium on our home purchased in Florida. We called them on Tuesday, and he was here Wednesday morning, actually a little early. He performed the inspection and explained everything he found. He said he would have a written inspection we could send to the insurance company in a few hours. It did take more than a few hours, but we had it in plenty of time to get it to the insurance company. He was very thorough and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been very impressed with the Les Malphurs and Mike Lang and the Flagler County Roofing they manage. Out of the 4 local roofers three of which I had estimates from and one was too busy to give me an estimate at the time, Flagler County Roofing Inc was the only one I would use in the future and the only one who will give the home owner the truth about what is best for their roof and what is not needed and will just cost them more money. They cost a little more than some but less than others and in the long run will save the homeowner money.

Complete strip down and new underlay in first visit, about a half day. Installed shingles and remaining items on second day. Excellent cleanup. Small accident of hole in pool enclosure screen fixed the next day. No problems.

I asked my brother-in law who he would recommend, and he said Flagler County Roofing. Inc. So I called them. The next day Les came and brought samples. He said he could start in 2 weeks, which was fine with me. They came at 7:00 A.M., right on time. They finished in 2 days. Great Company. I would definately recommend them. They did a great job!!

We contacted Flagler County Roofing after a large tree was uprooted during a storm and fell on our roof. They responded and came to view the damage within a day and recommended a contractor who would repair the structural damage and temporarily ?dry in? the damaged area. I asked the for an estimate of the cost to re-shingle just the damaged area and, because we had been contemplating replacing our old roof, the cost to re-shingle the entire roof. We went over the estimates and decided to replace the whole roof. The people from Flagler County Roofing appeared early in the morning on the scheduled day with a large crew and by noon time they were gone, the waterproof membrane had been applied and every single piece, every trace of the old roof was gone. The next day they appeared, again early in the morning and with a large crew and again by noon time they were finished. Other than a new roof and some minor tire tracks on our lawn it would have been impossible to know they had been there. One of the owners was present the entire time directing the operation and the crew was courteous and careful of shrubbery and statuary. Because the cleanup was so unexpectedly thorough, I had to ask the owner to bring me a shingle as a sample to use, in determining a color, if we decide to paint the house. He promptly did.

We called for an estimate for a roofing repair, and one of the owners, Mike, was here within an hour. He looked at the problem, knew what caused it, gave us an estimate to fix it but told us it wasn't worth the cost to repair. He advised us to let the roof go for another few years and then replace it. We elected to replace it now due to its age and while we had the money set aside. He gave us a written estimate on the spot and returned in an hour with a complete estimate/contract. The estimate included the cost of replacing 2 skylights as well as any damaged plywood. We got a second estimate from a reputable roofer, which was higher but within range, except it didn't include the cost of replacing plywood. A large, well rated company on here never bothered to call us back. We liked Mike's professionalism, personalism and price. Before making a final decision my husband called and spoke with 3 of at least 7 references from recent work. All contacts gave the company high marks and we elected to go with his company. The work was scheduled for the next week and completed within 2 days, as promised. One or both of the owners was here all the time, often on the roof. The crew was made up of regular employees, no temporary labor. All of the crew worked hard, despite the heat and heavy work, and were friendly and courteous. The workers seemed to take pride in doing a good job and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
