+ 0 moreWhen we bought the house, the windows had plantation style shutters on the inside of the windows. When Bryan gave me an estimate to replace the balances, the shutters were still on the windows. Installer was confused by our windows and had to call the boss (Bryan). Via the telephone, Bryan was rude to me and insisted that we added the shutters after he gave us the quote. After the installer had already replaced one balance on a window with shutters, Bryan (via the telephone) said that the installer could not replace the remaining balances at the same price unless the shutters were taken down. I took down the remaining shutters while the installer waited and then he replaced the balances.

Description of Work: I used Elite Glass to replace and upgrade all my windows. They also installed a glass shower door in the master bathroom.
