Luke at Eastern Flooring helped us select the materials for our Master Bathroom remodel. He recommended two good tradesmen for demo, tile setting, cabinet install and plumbing. He stayed on top of the project through completion. The finished result was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

Engineered hardwood installed. Finished floor was FULL of adhesive residue, one transition had a 1/4" gap, one piece of wood was splintered and much more. No extra wood to replace splintered piece. Installer came back and removed some adhesive residue but not sufficient and was to come back. Haven't heard from him in a week. I researched and on my hands and knees cleaned off the residue. The photos attached say it all. STAY AWAY from Eastern Flooring

Rob Idzior of Eastern Flooring was wonderful to work with. - Patient, helpful & knowledgeable. Eastern was extremely accommodating as to time frame for work. Chose a wood-look ceramic tile and am delighted with how beautiful it turned out. Adelfo Garcia - owner of AG Tile along with his crew did the installation and I could not have asked for better workmanship or attention to detail - from how the tile was laid to transitions from room to room. Would most definitely work with Eastern Flooring and AG Tile again!!!

We talked about the ordering process and the cost above. So I won't go into that here. I do want to talk about the team that did the installation. Adolpho and his team were amazing. I gave him a key to the house and never once worried. They worked long hours each day to meet my timelines. They worked with us within the house so that we could paint some of the rooms while they were doing the installation. But in the end, its how the floor looks. It is beautiful. They put the tile really close together so that the grout lines would not be wide. They are at least 1/4 of an inch - or closer. As a result, the floors look like they are wood. Everyone who comes in the house notices the floors first and comments on how nice they are. We ordered a new stove and the installers thought the floors were wood. He was installing the stove bracket on the floor and when he tried to put the screws in on the floor, he looked up at me and said, I thought these were wood. So, he had to go back to the truck and get different screws. I gotta tell you, if I were installing a floor, Adolpho would be my only pick to do the work.

We are impressed with the purchase and the installation of ceramic tile for our lanai. Rob, the sales rep, was friendly, helpful and gave us a fair price. Adelfo, the installer, was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us to get the job done in a very timely manner. We received excellent customer service and will provide them with repeat business in the future because they earned it. We would highly recommend them.

I had originally planned to go with someone else to purchase and install brand new laminate flooring in my new house. When I got the finalized quote it was about $2500 more than expected so luckily I had happened to see an Eastern Flooring ad the night before. My husband and I went to the store . The showroom had so much choice and the staff were so amazing and knowledgeable about all flooring choices. We spent some time and decided that we would definitely use Eastern Flooring. We put a deposit down so they could go measure the floors and then went back a couple of times to finalize the exact product we wanted. Everyone we came into contact with was so knowledgeable and friendly. They showed up on time and did an amazing job with the installation. They were the best priced ( and we looked at a lot of places ) and they really took the time and care to educate you and answer any questions. When deciding to spend thousands of dollars and replace flooring you want to feel comfortable with the product and the installation and you get that comfort level with Eastern Flooring. I would recommend them to anyone!

The installer Adelfo and his crew did an outstanding job! They were very professional and did an impeccable job! They worked very hard and were very neat and punctual each day they were here! The lanai looks absolutely beautiful! We would not hesitate to use Eastern Flooring again in the future!

James- the installer- and his crew were always on time, helpful, and always worked hard and smart. I have a ledge by my ceiling that is full of antiques and they took the care and time to cover all of my things with sheeting to protect them from dust and debris. They were very careful moving my antique furniture and other belongings, including toilets and appliances. Every evening they cleaned up after themselves. It took three days to do my 3 bedroom home. The shop ordered too much flooring. James called it to my attention and immediately called the shop. I was given a refund for the over purchase of product. I would have never known this- and they could have kept the money. They are honest, good people. I will use them again and refer them to others. My floors are beautiful! My daughter has a rental house and will now use them when the need arises.

It went very smoothly and they were very professional

They arrived about one hour late on both days, but finished on time!!! They worked and got most of two rooms done the first day and then finished the third room and all of the trim on the second day. The finished project is just what we expected and they did a great professional job. They cleaned up after each day. Very nice people and easy to work with. We were very pleased with the finished product and would recommend them to our friends. They price was right and the floors look and work great. This is exactly what we wanted.

First, they ordered the kitchen laminate (which they did not carry) from the manufacturer for us. They gave us a date and began installation on that date. One thing I was particularly pleased with was the fact that the installers were their own employees. Many of the other companies recommend installers but they are not part of the company. It took two days to complete the work. The installers moved ALL of the furniture out of both rooms before they began. After the first day they put all the furniture back in the family room as that was completed. The next day they finished the kitchen and put all our things back in order. It was the first time they put this particular kitchen flooring down and, because it was a tile look, it was more difficult than the wood look flooring to lay. They did a nice job of keeping the grout lines even and staggering the tiles. We had just enough material for the kitchen and they made it work. As they were taking up the carpet, a nail head hit our sliding glass door and broke it. They were on the phone and a window repair person came that afternoon and took the measurements. They had to order the glass and promised it in a week. They also made good on their promise and installed the glass for us. Accidents happen, and this company handled it promptly and professionally. Our installers were James and John and we would recommend them highly.
