"We had someone run over our brick incased mailbox back in June, and we hired Mailbox King to replace the entire fixture. We called them after we received the payment from the insurance company, and ordered what we wanted. They indicated it could be about 6 weeks since supplies were on back order. We agreed that it was okay, and waited. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to come out and install a temporary mailbox, and thankfully, I pulled up before they left, because the older man who showed up had just laid the mailbox in front of my house and was going to leave it there. I asked that he put it in the ground by the curb, and he did. At 8 weeks, we tried to call several times with no response, and finally emailed the company who indicated it could be another 2 weeks due to shortages. That is totally understandable with how things are right now. 6 weeks later, on 10/14/21, my husband sent them an email saying we would like to cancel the order because we didn't want to wait any longer, and miraculously they called and stated they could come out today to put the new mailbox in. The woman who runs the business is very abrupt and rude, not very customer service oriented. I don't believe they care about their customers at all. Both times I spoke with her, she was very curt. I would not recommend this company, if you can find another one in the area. I think I'd rather order a mailbox from Lowe's or Home Depot than deal with a company like them again."
