Great-new to house and water softener system - came right out within 24 hours of outreach - friendly and thorough - great service

Very quick, came when they said they would come. They do excellent work. Very efficient and with reasonable and affordable pricing! Would definitely recommend to anyone and already have! It's nice to have a trustworthy business to work with.

It went extremely well. Dave was prompt, professional, courteous, and down to earth. Dave came in and got right to work and had the softener unit installed in less than 40 mins. He placed the softner in a location out of the way. He explained the system on all its functions. I could tell he enjoyed what he does and he does it extremely well. I would recommend anyone looking to have a water softner installed to call Water Medics because he is local and family run they are very friendly and does not have the big overhead the bigger companies have and he passes the savings onto the customer.

CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL, HONEST & REASONABLE SERVICES!! THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT!! My water softener I never use started making loud noises. I called Dave at Water Medic that I was referred to by two people. He called me right back at 8 am and had me send pictures. I tried to turn it off with him giving me instructions over the phone but it sprayed out water. He said that wasn't good. He told me he'd be out that day after his work day. He and his helper, both who were super friendly and knowledgable, came out removed the water filter and completely redid my old piping. It looked so great (3/4's less than the piping that was there) and his price was very, very reasonable. Let me tell you, after so many companies I've dealt with out here since moving to FL, who don't do a thorough job or don't even show up when they say and then charge me above and beyond reasonable rates it was so refreshing to find an honest thorough business owner who actually cares about doing the job right and not taking customers for every dollar they can get! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dave!!

Dave has been doing my water softener and RO system ever since we had our home built back in 1993- His company started out small and now has grown, but the quality of service, responsiveness, or the attention to detail has never waivered. Not only is Dave knowledgeable in his field, he also is a very decent person. I have recommended Water Medic to at least 10 of my family/friends, all have had nothing be good things to say about him and his products and service. Dave and water medic will keep on servicing my RO and all my water softener needs as long as I have them.

Dave responded to a call, he happened to be very close, and was able to change out the resin tank, replace resin beads and change flapper valves, total time about one hour. the work was done correctly and softener is working fine. The problem i have is with Dave not honoring a lifetime warranty on the resin beads. I purchased the lifetime warranty during a water softener repair on 12/3/04. Dave was using the company name Sunshine Water Conditioners, he still mentions such on his voicemail message and still has the same phone number. During the most recent service I mentioned the warranty and Dave said he would honor the warranty but would have to charge $100 for labor, I was okay with that. When he completed the repair I thanked him and wrote him a check. Later when I reviewed the statement I noticed that I had been charged $100 labor AND $100 for resin! I have talked with Dave regarding this issue and he insists that he is honoring the warranty despite what the statement says. Dave did good work but I feel he is cheating me on the lifetime warranty.

These guys have been taking care of me and my family for about 12 years and have always given us fair pricing and great customer service. No need to look anywhere else!!!!

Water Medic they are trustworthy they are informative on what other services they have. They are professional and punctual. I will use them again in the future.

They were wonderful. I called for information and they came the next day to meet with me and give me estimate. they had the best price and we scheduled for installation in 3 weeks in a new construction home. They came on-time and provided excellent service. Water tastes awesome and my dishes are so sparkling clean now. I love it. My mother in law used them as well after our installation for her home.

I contacted David of Water Medic at the recommendation of a friend, who once told me that he knows the most amazing water softener guy. Angie's List reviews confirmed that qualification. My 12 year old water softener was not working anymore and had been giving us trouble for the past two years. Next day Dave came over in the morning to see what was wrong. His recommendation was to replace the old unit (water softener only) and leave the other components (salt container, carbon filter) in place, since they were still good. Within an hour he had replaced the old unit with a slightly bigger unit to account for the current size of the household (4 people, no further growth expected). He had all the required parts in his truck. He took the time to explain to me how the unit worked and what I could do to troubleshoot if ever there was a problem. Dave is 'old school': he takes the time to explain how things work and why he uses the products he uses. He has 20 years of experience in the business and believes in using old style mechanical valves and meters, since in his experience they are the most reliable. All-in-all he provided a fast, friendly and complete service, clearing all the materials behind him. Our water is soft again!

David adjusted our water purification system as we kept hearing water leaking in our drain after removing water to drink. We had contacted our previous provider and he kept telling us that it normal. A few minutes are believable, but not an hour! Anyhow, we gave up and called David, he told us the charge would be $50.00. He came the same day, checked everything, adjusted the one part of the system, added more air to our tank, and no more noisy water draining! Very personable guy, we recommend him highly!!!

The work went smoothly and was done on schedule. Dave kept appointments and performed the work when he said he would. The work was time sensitive and Dave responded accordingly. After the work was complete, Dave followed up with a telephone call to check on how the system was performing. Overall, the experience was excellent and I would not be hesitant to recommend Water Medic to friends and neighbors.

I called on 11/15/2011 and was given an estimate of 35.00 to replace the filters on my reverse osmosis water system where I already had the new filters. They came out the next day and checked my water, replaced the filters, and even checked out my water softener system. Dave provided excellent service.

He is very honest. Dave goes by the golden rule. He doesn't advertise so all of his business comes from word of mouth. His business thrives on the good word of his clients. He has been in business for 22 years. He ordered the equipment on a Wednesday and was here on a Thursday to install it. He found a very high quality system that will last a very long time for me. It purifies the water to not only take out impurities, but take all the chlorine out of the water as well. It has helped my health enormously. I have a lung condition that makes it very difficult to withstand any chemicals in the water. I would highly recommend Dave for all your water purification and softening needs.
