 + -1 moreLorraine was always on time and always did as she said she would. Her work was excellent! After the window treatments were installed she carefully steamed them to be certain they were perfect and they were. The installation was flawless and efficient and the effect precisely the result I was looking for. I'm very hard to please and I couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: Lorraine spent a great deal of time with me discussing the possibilities for window treatments in 2 rooms. She was very patin as we explored the ramifications of each style I was considering. She also had photos and pages from magazines to accurately display the various techniques of draping the material. We also made a trip to the design center to choose fabric and hardware. I love to do that. The general public doesn't have access to the center unless they are with a certified designer. The center offers a higher quality and greater choice than any other business.

Description of Work: The owner of the company, Lorraine, came to my home and talked to us about our different options. She measured the windows and then returned with the installer, Glen Staeffler, and installed the blinds. A beautiful job and a beauiful difference it made in our home.

 + -1 moreVERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY SKILLED AND VERY RELIABLE. SHE WORKED WITH ME TO FIND THE FABRIC, AND WAS WILLING TO USE ANY CHOSEN VENDOR. IT'S JUST BEAUTIFUL. REASONABLY PRICED. SHE WAS PROMPT AND HAS A SKILLED INSTALLER WORKING WITH HER.
Description of Work: Did custom drapery in the master bedroom, including 3 large windows, 2 small windows with valances and a door.
