Tim Sarkowski impressed me with his professionalism, punctuality and responsiveness. I have entered into an annual agreement for Sarkowski Lawn Service to maintain my property.

Tim is fantastic. I contacted him and he came by the same afternoon to discuss the estimate on cutting the lawn. His prices are great. We agreed and he proceeded to cut and trim the lawn right then. He was done in an hour due to he had 2 1/2 lots to cut but he was very efficient and I will definitely recommend Tim. I am now a customer and would not use anyone else.

Tim and his crew were awesome. I contacted him and sent him pictures of my current landscaped area in front of my house. We had pulled out the old landscaping and chopped down a nuisance Brazilian pepper tree, but the stumps and various roots/weeds/grass remained. i needed it graded/razed so we could install new landscaping. Tim said he would be out on the day he arrived. We weren't home, but he sent pictures of the area immediately after the work and it was exactly what we needed. He even knocked down a wasp nest up high near our roof and edged our lawn. He went above and beyond what we needed and he was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Owner was coming to give and quote and was able to service my lawn the same day. Did not think he could serve this area in the future but said he would continue until he could find someone to replace him. Unbelievable customer service!!!

We had a little communication breakdown, but Tim called and there was no problem. Great job, highly recommended.

Mr. Sarkowski was able to come by within a couple weeks of my initial contact, and he picked up all the sticks we had accumulated from some recent tree and plant trimming. He even fixed my child's swing that was hanging near the pile of sticks! Although he is super busy, we appreciate him coming by - even working in the rain - to complete the job.

Call them on Thursday was done by Friday great job. looking to get a price do our new house.

This is the best my yard has looked in 5 years! I am recently widowed and was a little aprehensive about using a lawn service since my spouse had always done that work. Thanks to Sarkowski Lawn Service my anxiety is gone and I am so happy with the results. What a great value. I would recommend them without hesitation.

It went very well. I have a big yard with bare patches & a lot of trees - he got it straightened out . There is more work to be done & he will get to that in the future. But considering he had never seen my property before, I believe he did an excellent job.

my lawn looked better than it has in ages. I have a contract with this service and the lawn looks nicer each time. He included trimming hedges and other extras at no charge. the owner also offers options such as blowing off the roof at reasonable prices. I am very pleased with this service.

Asked Tim if he knew anyone who trimmed palm trees,as the fronds were growing into electrical wires and he said I will trim them . He quoted me a price of $15.00 for each tree,and I agreed on price and after he cut my lawn he proceeded to trim trees. I didn't expect him to do this immediately but he did and did a fine job of cutting and disposing of the branches right away . was very pleased with his professionalism and speedy response..Would recommend him any time..

He does the job himself together with a helper.? If I need anything else done, yard cleanup, tree trim, etc.? I just need to let him know what I would want done.? Extra charges for those additional items are reasonable.I am happy with his work so far and will use his clean up services come spring.

Called Tim and he said he would go to property and give me an estimate and take care of what was needed. He contacted me the next day with a price we agreed on and lawn was cut and he recommended some additional services to be done at a later date..he was very punctual and honest.Highly recommend his services

The workers for Sarkowski Lawn service were excellent. They showed up when they said they would. If there was an issue they contacted me to let me know. This happened once or twice because of the weather. But they did show up the following day. They were quick and neat. Very professional.

We're very glad we checked w/Angie's list before looking for someone to take care of our lawn. Tim & friend did a great job - listened to what we wanted and actually did what we wanted. For anyone who prefers to have their grass left at a longer length (4"- 5"), Tim will do this for you! He is very professional and we're lucky to have found him. He charges $75.00/month and it is well worth it.

All work was done very professionally and carefully while mowing the lawn and edging around all the shrubbery. They are very reliable and personable. A great company for all lawn maintainance.

Tim comes to our property and does his wor0n a regular basis and in an efficient manner. We never have to call him concerning his service. We love having Tim to take care of our yard. .

He came right away and told us how much it would cost. We had him do the work right then. It looked very good, considering it was already long.

We negotiated a very reasonable price. He comes right away when we let him know the lawn needs mowing. People we have used in the past use a riding mower and leave ruts in the lawn and when we ask them not to do that they get offended. We've asked him to use a push mower and he does every time. We have been through allot of lawn people and have finally found someone we are happy with.

He offers free estimates, forclosure recovery, gutter cleaning and leaf removal. He is very dependable and does an excellent job cutting the grass. He pays attention to detail and makes sure the grass is smooth. He cleans up beautifully. We couldn't be happier with him. He is very personable and easy to get along with. You can tell he puts forth a lot of effort to make sure his customers are happy.
