Job was done perfectly and quickly. Tim and his crew care as much about our property as we do. They are much more than a lawn service.

My neighborhood lots are a bit odd. The first time they mowed they accidentally mowed part of my neighbors yard. She voiced her concerns to the poor guy that mowed her yard and shared her opinion with me for some time. These guys handled themselves professionally and were polite to my neighbor through the whole process.

we live out of town and called Tim to cut our lawn for our rental house. everything was done by phone and we were alittle afraid of trusting someone we never met in person but Tim came thru with the work....thank you Tim for doing a great job

They are very reliable and you can speak directly with the owner.

I did not hire them to do the work because they were too busy to do the job this week. I believe that they would have done a very good job though. Tim is obviously a professional and he called me to let me know that he was running late to our appointment. This means a lot and shows his integrity. I will hope to hire him in the future.

Sarkowski lawn service came when they said they would with a crew of three and trimmed and cleaned up my palm. They were very good neat and professional. Although they quoted me $40 I paid $50 because of the work they did. I would highly recommend them to any one needing any yard service.

I had lawn service for a few months while in my rental and they did a very good job and were very dependable. There was a small issue and Tim fixed it immediately and is a good business man and did the right thing. I was very impressed because as most of u have prolly experienced with lawn guys that's not always the case. I would highly recommend Tim and his team to others.

Fast and very efficent! they were wonderful!

Tim and his crew removed all the weeds, brush and 1 dead palm tree from two islands in front our home. They removed any stumps in the two islands since we want those areas to return to yard that will be mowed. They cleaned under our very large oak trees. My husband had cut some branches off the trees but hadn't removed them from the front yard yet. Without us asking they gathered and removed all those branches. They removed and hauled away the concrete edging from around the islands. They weed wacked all around the yard including an island in the backyard that wasn't included at no charge. They sprayed week killer in the remaining beds. What can we say except polite, dependable, professional, hardworking, a pleasure to do business with and outstanding work at a great price. His card will stay on the frig and we will use them for any lawn work we need done. My husband has had some health issues and it hasn't been easy for him to keep up with our large yard. Thank you Sarkowski Lawn Service for clearing out all that overgrown mess that has been annoying me for months and my husband has felt bad about not being able to get done. It looks so much better and we are very pleased with the work. We highly recommend using this company.

Trimmed 2 trees. Repaired sprinkler pipe,mow,weed and edge. Couldn't ask for any better.

Tim and his workers did a wonderful job on everything! Tim is very pleasant and professional and wants to make sure all the work is done to your satisfaction. They were on time. The two areas on the side of the house were totally cleaned of brush, weeds, and the branches were cut perfectly. The mulch was spread out through 3/4 of my yard as I had wanted, and the large trees in the back yard were trimmed like a pro. Thank you so much for all your hard work...

Tim is amazing. We found him through our neighbors and what a gift he is. This man is as honest and hardworking as they come. He takes pride in his work and strives to make your lawn look amazing. Very professional, excellent and efficient service, reasonable price. Our yard was getting a bit overgrown, especially the hedges and some of the landscaping. We don't own the necessary tools for some of the tree/hedge trimming work that needed to be done. Tim came by to give us an estimate, and shortly after he and his crew mowed/trimmed the yard. We have a trampoline in our backyard, and the crew moved it to cut the grass underneath--and it's a big trampoline! They returned the next day to trim the hedges and do an overall yard cleanup. We are very happy with the service and appreciate how nice our yard looks. We now have an agreement with Tim for biweekly mowing/trimming. I would definitely recommend Tim.

The service was exceptional! I live in a rural area and have a very large yard. To say the yard was overgrown is really an understatement.... some of the weeds were 3 and 4 ft tall. Tim and his crew cleared more than what I had really expected them do to, and it looks fantastic. After reading all the positive reviews I really didn't think anyone could be as good as what the reviews had said, but they were right on. Tim is very professional, polite, does a fantastic job, and the price was definitely right. It just doesn't get any better than that! I'm so glad I found Sarkowski's, I'll never deal with anyone else.

Tim is a gentlemen, a true professional. He responded to my request immediately, was on site when he said he would be there, and he did a fantastic job. Clearly he cares about what he does, and that really shows in his work. In the past two years, I've pretty much been through every nimrod on Craig's List, trying to find a professional. Most of them don't even bother to show up. Take my word for it, it's not worth it. Tim is a man of his word who is building a great reputation as a professional. That's why this is just "another" good review. I'm so pleased to know that I have a service that I can count on, that does an amazingly great job, and that cares about their work. He responded (on time !) and took care of my Lawn needs...perfectly ! Under adverse conditions; as it was starting to rain... I stated to him, why don't you come in and get out of the rain... He stated, I don't "melt", I'll get this done for you; and he did ! (quickly and efficiently) I contracted him on the "spot" ! (Business relationship confirmed) You'll like him too ! Guaranteed !
