He has been doing my yard for the last 4 or 5 years. He does good work. They weed whack, trim and they blow all the grass clippings and stuff off and everything. They take pride in their work. We live in a subdivision and curb appeal is an utmost thing for making your house look good.

We also used his service to cut down and remove a dying tree from our property. His price was very reasonable and he did an excellent job.

Left detailed message with 2 phone numbers to return the call. Have waited 2 weeks and not one response.

Terrific results! Tim and his crew did a great job on a Saturday because I needed the job finished quickly. They performed more work than was estimated, including removing dead shrubs and cleaning/mowing more of the site than we initially discussed. He scoped the site within 24 hours of initial contact, and provided a written estimate within several hours. He arrived on time and stayed in contact throughout the job. I will definitely call him again.

They did a very good job. I call him occasionally when I need to or I see him when he is cutting the grass. I had not realized that he did cut trees, but he does. He showed me his documentations so I had him do it and he did a very professional job. I use him primarily for lawn care but I used him to take the tree down as a test and he passed with flying colors so I think I will use him again the next time I have a tree problem because his price was very good too.

I have waited several months before posting this review due to my terrible luck with lawn service companies. Thankfully, I found Sarkowski Lawn Service! Tim and his crew do an outstanding job on my lawn each and every week! I have had five lawn service companies in the past 3 years and none of them have been willing to provide the level of service that Tim and his crew give every week. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they are worth every dime! Tim is always available for questions and is willing to fit in various requests when he has the time. I could not ask for more. If you are considering hiring a lawn service, you will not be disappointed with Sarkowski.

They were not local, but coming out this way until they lost some people and they were not coming to this area. They were good. It was monthly.

Tim was great, I called and he was here that same week. We needed our lawn cut right away we had just moved to Florida. He did a great job! I wanted to add a garden and some palm trees he was very helpful in suggesting ones that would be great for our yard. The garden is beautiful!

I text Tim Sarkowski and heard back right away. He came over the next day and we walked the yard, so I could explain what I would like to see done. Tim is a very personable guy. He's friendly and professional with a very caring way. He understood what I wanted to see done, which was extensive. We booked a week that would work for both of us. His crew arrived and were extremely hard workers. While trimming the large Cherry Laurel in front, Tim had no problem with allowing me to judge how much to trim - even which branches I would like down. These guys WORKED! I am more than pleased with the very reasonable price. They are professional, courteous and respectful - AND have reasonable rates. Thanks guys for a Great Job!!!

Tim responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He came over that afternoon after a long day already on another job. He provided my husband and I with a very fair estimate on the job we wanted done on our property which included leave vac for just over an acre (including mowing) and trimming two trees near power lines. The estimate was $200. It should be noted that we use the corner of our property to dump leaves and other yard debris. We asked Tim to use that area to dump the leaves and tree trimming. This helped us save some $. Tim offered for no charge at the time of the estimate to use his tractor to push back the debris we had already piled up in the back corner. We accepted the offer knowing this will give us more room for future yard work. Tim was available to perform the job one week from the day he provided the estimate. He was not able to provide me with an exact time of when he would arrive but he assured me that he would be there in the afternoon. I was not concerned about not having the exact time. We kept in touch by text messaging. I had also asked him to cut down a dead tree which was not included in the estimate. I provided him with $50 extra to cover cutting the tree down. My husband and I were not home at the time the job was done. We arrived home to a beautiful yard! I wish I had before and after pictures to show. This yard is hard to manage especially during this time of year when the leaves need to be removed and trees need to be trimmed in preparation of the summer season. The work done by Tim and his team over exceeded our expectations! We will be using him again in the future!

Tim arrived when he promised, started work and completed on time. We had him do additional work over and beyond his scope and he completed it with no complaints or issues. Excellent workmanship. Would recommend him for future work and will gladly call him again if we need services.

I have been using Sarkowski Lawn Service for several months now and they do a wonderful job. They're here when they say they will be. They cut the lawn, do clean up, trims, and never leave a mess. They charge us $115 per month for our half acre lot and I feel that's reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable lawn care service.

Tim Sarkowski and his crew did an excellent job removing a large magnolia tree from back yard with a fence, house and screened pool lanai near tree. Removed tree in about 2 hours and did an excellent job of clean up including making sure my neighbors yard was picked up. He had stump removed by another tree company he works with which was included in cost of project. Location of this tree made it a very difficult job,but they came through. I would definitely use Sarkowski Lawn Service again.

Tim has a great team that work professionally and always on time and consistent with their work. Very highly recommended.

Tim and his helper did a great job. They got right to work and didn't stop moving until it was all done. They cleaned up after the job. I was very happy with their work and would recommend Tim. I would/will also use him again.

I have been using Tim now for 2 yrs and never had a complaint about him... i ask him do something he gives me a price i say do it and presto ! its done .he is very professional and does a fine job in doing what he knows and thats Landscaping.. i have never had a problem with him he is top of the line as far as i am concerned.. I dont give Praise to easily but i think he deserves praise for being a hard working guy and an extremely honest one...

I got a quick response from the owner within 24 hours of contact. We were able to set up a time for him to come out and provide an estimate quickly as well. He was very professional and upfront about his services and pricing. We were able to come to an arrangement of services and he cut my lawn that day. I liked that he is the only contact person and also that he is text friendly. Additional services are available if they become necessary or requested. Look forward to doing business.

I called and spoke to the owner. Mr Sarkowski. I actually called a few days earlier with no return call. When I finally did get him on the phone I gave him the approximate details of the shrubs I needed trimmed. roughly 25 feet long almost 10 feet high. I asked him to see the job and he stated that a job like that was a 300-400 dollar job....This without even looking at it. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I simply told him to have a nice day. Maybe he does good work I will for sure will never know. I contacted the next person on Angie's list. It was done for 70 dollars and an excellent job at that. I will be reviewing that one shortly.

I contacted this contractor thru Angie's List. It took them 2 days to respond and when they did, it wasn't even the owner, it was his assistant who then told me I needed to speak with the owner to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was promised they would contact me within the next day or 2?Needless to say, I was never contacted? Poor business practice, hence the poor rating.

They are providing full service lawn care for our home. Tim was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable when presenting his proposal. He made it very clear and straightforward. He and his team's work has been excellent.

.It went beautifully. Tim did what he said he would do in the timeframe he promised, at the price we agreed upon. For the first time ever since I planted my native garden 11 years ago, it has been attended to correctly and I can now enjoy it fully. He will come back once a year -- or more if I need him - to do a thorough seasonal cut back.
