We sometimes experience delays on new jobs and setup of service due to high volume in that week. If your able to wait a day or two to meet and set up a week or two out on clear outs services exc are preformed on the weekends. we will do our best to over exceed your needs. Services we don't offer

Bad customer service, cheap unreliable work. I don't do 1 cut a month unless it is called in and put on cut list. I don't drop my clients because you want your yard cut today and not for another month or two. (Should have called yesterday or last week) And yes we work in the winter we don't quit our job we work very hard (over time) in the summer.

Description of Work: I needed my lawn mowed at the last minute, and Tim came to my rescue. Tim did an awesome job with the lawn, edging, and cleanup!

I didn't just stop service. I don't offer contracts. And that could be the issue here. You were on a weekly cutting and biweekly in the winter. I came to your house for several months in the winter with no payment. I left my card on your door several times. And even left the card on the little spot where we left the checks out under the chair. I was not paid. So I took it upon myself to cancel services that's not being paid for. Back in November 2013. It's now July almost August 2014. Have had no word from you and only just this review. Yes I mow lawns I am no psychic. It might have been best if you picked up your phone and gave me a call instead of writing reviews and not talking or communicating with people. I wish you the best. Thank you. FYI.

Description of Work: Tim is very professional, was thorough in discussing services offered and has followed-up per our agreement. In his words, he would prefer to have a smaller customer based that is totally satisfied rather than have 100's of unhappy customers! He's doing a great job thus far!

Description of Work: I was very happy with the service. I had a very over grown yard. We came to an agreed price, and it was explained well to me what could be done for that amount. I was very happy with the end result. I will be having them come back to do more work soon.

Description of Work: Wow! After my previous lawn service suddenly went out of business, I called Tim after reviewing his business on Angies List. He returned my call within minutes and was at my house, cutting my lawn, within the hour. I found Tim to be polite, personable, and, above all else, professional. His work was outstanding, and my back and front yards look great. He will now be taking care of my property regularly.
