 + -1 moreThere is no talking to this guy at all. In the past I have thoroughly explained to him about that section of that home is still the front yard and rightfully should be included in his cutting/mowing also yet he still refuses to cut it. So i have called the county and will continue to every month and Mike there will continue to contact the homeowner with the threatening of a fine to cut or pay the county to. So sad it has to be like this. IF this guy only had ANY pride at all in his work, ANY ability at all to think, then perhaps he would do the right thing and cut it. But that's NO DOUBT not gonna happen so i will continue to make the entire area aware of this sad situation he has created, telling all i can that he takes no pride at all in his work and that we as homeowners with pride must put up with. I also DOUBT that if this was his block, if he would even care?, my guess is no he wouldn't. I have included a pic with my finger pointing to the area he refuses to cut, it is a corner house and that is still considered the front yard. I again yesterday paid someone else to cut that area off the street (5' area between sidewalk & road) but he again left without completing his paid for job as he always does. COME ON RANDY, it would only take you 2-3 more minutes to cut that area, stop being so lazy and try taking a little pride in your work man.
Description of Work: I PAID this guy to cut the lawn across the street from my home (a neighbor's house). He is already paid by that homeowner for that house to cut the front yard ( it is a corner house so the side is also part of that front yard). With that said, that section (FRONT YARD STILL) of that corner home he just refuses to mow thus leaving it to overgrow to heights of over 20" plus. It is an eyesore, a terrible looking section, a danger because of allowing snakes to harbor that area, mosquitoes, trash etc. I have again paid him to cut it in the past because he says the homeowner doesn't pay him enough to cut that area so he doesn't cut it, ( it would take all of 1 1/2 to 3 minutes more while he is already there). It is approx. 200 feet of roadway ( 5' wide area between road & sidewalk ), plus a area of approx. 200' x 400' of FRONT YARD STILL to that home. He NO DOUBT takes NO pride at all in his workmanship, also NO DOUBT doesn't care at all about his work and that is crystal clear. So sad to even have to put this up here, but it is all true & again very sad. Again it would take him all of an extra 2-3 minutes total to cut it WHILE he is here yet still refuses to. Funny thing is i walked up to him and asked for a card yesterday stating to him that my other neighbor MAY perhaps hire him (which NEVER will) but it made sense in asking for a card (so i would have is info to post THIS) and when i told him my neighbor MAY hire him, his reply was No Problem, i could give him a great price SINCE I'M ALREADY HERE, LOLOL, wow, since you're already here AND ALREADY PAID Randy, why not take a little pride in your craft and complete the job you are ALREADY paid to do?. Of course i will be the bad guy for telling the world just how lazy & uncaring about his workmanship he truly is, but that's ok, i would NEVER hire or pay him again for anything no less to cut/mow a lawn.
