Description of Work: They couldn't come out the same day as the emergency, but scheduled for the next afternoon. However, they had a service call in the neighborhood in the morning and came then. They did a good job.

Description of Work: We had a dented panel and they replaced the panel for me. On two separate occasions we had problems with our garage opener and they were able to repair those as well.

 + -1 moreTheir service was not well. My door does not close tightly enough. I have a light coming in. When the wind blows, it blows my door. They said there was nothing I could do about it. I got a lock so I could lock the door. Because the lock was there they had to put it up again the wood. The door does not shut properly.

 + 0 moreFrom the service we received in the showroom to the installation of our new garage door, we got the help and information we needed to make our decisions. Quality and honesty are the watchwords at Rand R Garage Doors. The installer answered all our questions and put any concerns to rest with excellent workmanship and good humor. I wish they sold more of what I need so I could buy with confidence from them. Dave and the crew are great to deal with; a breath of fresh air.
Description of Work: We visited Dave Pelletier at R&R Garage Doors in Brooksville, FL, in March (2011) when we bought our home and knew it would need a garage door. Dave gave us a run down of the options they provided and we took away brochures on the three choices we had narrowed down. After checking out the competition on the web and looking at the doors in more detail we decided on R&R and on the upper mid level steel door in the medium oak finish. We ordered the door after we moved in and within a few weeks Dave called to set a date for installation. Installation was done with good humor and a positive attitude. When the county inspector came, he commented on the excellent quality of both the door and the installation. R&R had crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's. I'd deal with them again in a heartbeat!
