Not the place to purchase plants, because they're expensive and at least 5-10% of them die. They have no warranty with their plants, so it's a blind purchase on the owner's part. For monthly service, they will show up. (Except in very rainy parts of summer.) The workers do require oversight because they will show up and rush out without reviewing the contract to see what work needs to be done. You will not have the same worker at your home every time either. But if you have questions you can call the office. The office staff is not responsive or polite, so you will basically oversee your lawn workers yourself. The actual lawn workers are nice and respectful, if you have the ability to meet with them while they're onsite.

Needed to involve one of the owners to resolve issues with timeliness, placement of sod, completion of job, broken sprinkler head, pavers in gardening area are not level and edges were not sealed, so when it rained the fine sand placed between the pavers washed away. Refused to let the guy originally coming to the house to supervise to come back. He tried to charge us 400$ extra for sod, saying they measured incorrectly. Found a pallet of sod sitting in the woods next to the house that he stated was unusable. We refused to pay the extra $$ and called one of the owners, then the sod job got finished using the "unusable" sod. Very poor experience with this company. Hired them because of the longevity of their business.
