Nature Coast Pavers

The worker came on time and began cleaning pavers with a circular brush pressure washer. The pressure washer did not lift rush stains which I was told they would do. The worker did not apply any chemical to remove rust stains but sealed over them. There were only a few so I didn't fuss because the worker did put effort into the job, he was here for quite a while and did two to three coats of the sealant. I was told before I contrcted with Nature Coast that the product that they use was superior and would last up to two years on a lanai, up to one year on a driveway. It lasted 4 months before mold began to accumulate in some areas and weeds started growning up between the pavers in areas. I called them to come back out a remedy the areas that the sealant did not adhere to. The owner or the company came out two weeks later and said there was nothing he could do. He refused to re-do the areas that the sealant did not adhere to. It's been awhile, but I just joined this site and felt that others should know about this company which obviously does not stand by their work. Oh, as for the rust spots, a simply spray called rust aide that I purchased from Lowes removed them in 10 seconds. You think that company could have done that first. I had to wait until the sealant completely wore off to remove the spots.
