Unreliable, overpriced and rude customer service. If service has an outage over the weekend they leave customers down until Monday morning. Rarely reaches speeds that are advertised and that customers pay for. They are better options for rural Internet if you need reliable Internet.

We live in a rural area up until now had only a cellular hotspot device for internet. That was slow, not reliable, with data caps, and very costly. A Nature Coast Networks, LLC (NCN) tech arrived on time and worked very hard to find a good signal from their radio tower. The equipment installation was done with care and the friendly tech was able to set up my router with their system. All technical operational aspects were easily explained. We now can operate two computers, two smart TV's, a DVD player and satellite receiver via WiFi to the internet. Since there is no data restrictions on the NCN system we can now stream in 4K whenever we want. The reduction in cost from our former hotspot system allowed us to haver a higher data speed and still save money. All this without a yearly contract. We are very happy with the NCN system!

Paid for 10M internet service and rarely got it. I repeatedly complained and they did absolutely nothing. was getting dial up speeds below 1M. They are now advertising 50M down...good luck with that!! Please see my unresolved Better Business Bureau complaint.

Dan installed the tower with ground rod, ran the cables all the way to the other side of the house, installed the transceiver, and gave me a discount for pre-paying for 1 year.

Not only did Dan have the best price in town, but his workmanship was of great quality. He ran the wire for the new circuit from the breaker box, through the attic, dug a trench 2' deep to code that was 80' long and wired the shed which all passed inspection. He then wired & installed 2 flood lights outside the screened in porch to an existing light circuit, and wired and installed a ceiling fan box to the screened in porch.
