Description of Work: Great response time, outstanding follow-up and extremely easy to work with. We called late on a Sunday night and Cesar was there within the hour to fix the problem. Would definetly use again and I would highly recommend. We finally found a reliable plumbing company.

In response to Angie's List review: Customer stated work was done by Miracle Plumbing on September 22, 2014. No description of work was mentioned OR comments left. Miracle Plumbing WAS NOT at this customers home on this day. Miracle Plumbing WAS in this customers home on March 25, 2014. Customer had purchased a big deal in the amount of $99 for $200 worth of plumbing services. Customer hired Miracle Plumbing to install a new toilet in her hall bathroom and to fix her toilet in her master bathroom. Our tech arrived at her home at 11:55 am. He installed her new toilet and reset and replaced the flush valve on her other toilet. This work was completed at 1:50 pm. The original bill was for $322.57. This customer used her big deal bringing the bill down to $122.57. Since the customer supplied ALL the material needed, our tech gave her an additional credit of $57.94. The total customer paid out of pocket that day was $64.63. The customer was happy with all the work, price and thanked my tech as he left. This review completely caught us off guard since at the time of our call, everything was positive and appreciated. We believe this customer has us confused with another company (since her dates of service were wrong and no description of work to compare.) We have contacted this customer to discuss AND Angie's List to investigate as well. So far customer has not returned our phone calls.

Description of Work: Initially I called them to replace a shower head & tub faucet. The replacement was not compatible with my current valve set-up, so they charged a $100 service fee against my $200 Angie's List credit. OK! The next time I called was for a toilet issue. The attending tech said he did not see anything wrong with the toilet, but made a "minor" adjustment and said if the problem continued a part needed to be ordered, again he charged $100 service call. By the next day the toilet was inoperable and we called to order the corrective part. Approximately 10 days later he installed the part for $153. A new pressure tank would have cost less than the repair. I don't blame Miracle Plumbing for the first service call, but "buyer beware" with Angie's deal offers!! |

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. This customer purchased a big deal of $99 for $200 worth of plumbing. The customer called us out to replace the trim on her master bathroom shower. The trim she had gotten didn't fit the existing shower valve. We gave her the option of replacing the valve so the trim kit she purchased would fit OR to find old trim as customer was unwilling to pay the fee for us to research. (Original trim was out dated and would of needed research to find if still available.) Customer was instructed to let us know her decision so I could come back and finish job. After several weeks, we followed up with customer who explained she found the part and got it installed. Big deal was set up for a single service call only. Not multiple jobs so yes we did deduct from her big deal appropriately for the work that we did. As for the second call, customer called us to explain her toilet was making loud noises. No noise was detected when I got to her home and examined the toilet. While there I did adjusted the mechanism in the tank which is the most common issue for noise. As I left, again no noise was detected and I closed out customers big deal as paid in full. I instructed the client to call if they hear a noise as a minor tank rebuild would be needed. Customer did call and we ordered the part accordingly. When part came in, we went back to her home and installed. Over all the big deal was set for a single service call and we went to her home 3 different times.

Customer had purchased a big deal wanting us to look at her garbage disposal and possible replacement of her tub and shower faucet. We set her appointment for 3-5pm on April 16, 2014. We were running late from a previous job and we called customer to let her know we were running late and set the new expectation of 5:40pm. Customer called looking for us as we were right around the corner (still arriving at customers house by 5:40pm.) While with customer, she had many questions on replacing the tub and shower faucet vs doing a bathroom remodel. She brought to my attention as well about turning a closet into another bathroom and wanted my thoughts and suggestions. As for the garbage disposal, she had many questions on options including a possible kitchen remodel. I quoted rough estimate prices based on her questions and possible choices, even went as far to give her ideas and suggestions for all her remodels. Customer was leaving for a month and we left the customer with the expectation that upon her arrival back home she was going to call us back with exactly what she decided to move forward with so I could give her a more exact price. I'm very upset by this review as the customer never called me back to quote prices properly with her final decision. We have made it clear to this customer that we are willing to refund her money from the big deal, so that she can move forward with a different company that she feels comfortable with.

Description of Work: Cesar checked kitchen faucet and found hose and diverter were defective, I ordered parts and upon arrival called for appointment. Cesar arrived later same day to install parts. All repairs tested okay.

Description of Work: Cesar repaired and replaced a leaky pipe under our bathroom sink. He also replaced and installed a shower valve cartridge assembly and a toilet fill valve assembly. Lastly, he adjusted the handle and arm for another toilet. Cesar was very cordial and informative. He clearly explained exactly what he was going to do for us and proceeded to get the job done. Overall, we would definitely recommend Miracle Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Description of Work: The provider came in at the agreed time and gave us recommendations on the various things we needed fixing. He did not have the flapper we needed on his truck but he promised to come back on that. He also felt that it would take a long and costly time to research a certain part that was needed on the fixtures so he felt we were better to replace the fixtures with new ones and then he would come back in to put them in place. We agreed he would come back to finish the job later once we had bought the fixtures. He seemed professional and read to provide his best advise.

Located part, drove to get it, returned and fixed leak. No more problems. In the past, Cesar has replaced 2 toilets, installed a "touch" faucet in kitchen, replaced garbage disposal, various leaks in laundry room, bathroom sinks, cleared stopped up drains, replaced outdoor faucet. He'll always be my first call for plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Fixed a leak in old water conditioner. Located part, drove to get it, returned and fixed leak. No more problems.

Cesar installed a brand new jacuzzi and fixtures in master bathroom. He was very professional and showed up on time. We were very happy! Cesar did a great job. The price we paid also included a beautiful brushed bronze fixture.
