The installation was done professionally. There were no problems. It works perfectly. Purchased a $99 big deal for $200 worth of plumbing work. The installation of the kitchen faucet used the entire $200 credit.

It was fine. They were good people who enjoyed what they were doing. They were here several months ago, took care of my problem, it was not a very extensive job, he was a nice guy to work with and everything was very good.

As for this job; he was prompt, courteous, professional, and his attention to detail shows in the finished product. He not only did the job I requested--he went the extra mile to enhance the efficiency of my outside faucet with a main shut off valve! My guest bathroom is quite small so he had very little room to work in yet still managed to make it look very nice without bumping up the cost. Last but not least was the adjustment he did in my shower fixture that enabled me to turn the handle beyond cold and lukewarm temperatures. This was PRICELESS!! And he didn't even charge me for it. Never underestimate the luxury of a HOT shower because if you spend much time unable to turn that handle past the lukewarm temperature line......well, let's just say it's a massive issue of frustration!! Thank you Cesar.....if anyone asks me where to find a good plumber; I'll know just where to send them with confidence they will thank me for the tip!!

The house was built in 1949 and at some point the pipes in the slab had rusted out and then a poor repair was put in place. Cesar was very patient and showed me what was going on and what it would take to make a "lasting" repair. He did just that by completely changing the kitchen sink drain pipe, going through the exterior wall, adding a new cleanout and attaching to the outside drain pipe. He was on time, very knowledgeable, ready to explain issues/different options and very professional! Will call him back anytime we need an outstanding plumber!

Cesar was a pleasure to work with. He was personable and professional the whole time. I am remodeling a guest bathroom so while the tile walls were down I had him replace the shower value with a different design and raise the showerhead. He also replaced the toilet supply value. Lastly he removed the metal drain caps on the tub in preparation for glazing. I'm glad he did instead of the glazer because the PVC piece below the the drain broke off due to poor original installation. He was able to replace that piece but it was a lot of work. He had to reach in through a closet access to remove the old pieces and install the new. I'm glad he was successful otherwise I'd need a new tub which would require a new plumbing configuration. I'm going to have him come back to cap my sink valves before our vanity is installed and then back again to hook everything up. He spent as much time as was necessary to do the job and answer my questions. I will definitely hire him again and tell my friends about him. As a bonus: he doesn't smoke so I didn't have to deal with the smoke cloud that lingers long after a contractor leaves.

Cesar exceeded all of my expectations. He was prompt, knowledgeable and demonstrated a willingness to listen and advise in a manner that was very considerate and helpful. We discussed all of the issues I was considering having addressed. He consulted with me on the costs and potential benefits of each of the solutions I was weighing and then moved forward on the desired repairs. His work was timely and effective. He was careful to clean up the area he worked in and addressed the issue within the budgeted time and price he had forecast. I wouldn't think twice about calling him again or referring him. He's my go-to guy for my plumbing needs now.

Very friendly, but couldn't agree on price for job.

There was a leak oustide the main shut off valve and the toilets. They came on time and acessed all areas that needed work. It took them 2 hours to get all the work completed. They were very helpful and answer all my questions.

Cesar came to assess the job one day; did the installation the next day. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and extremely fastidious in his work. He cleaned up after himself very well. I will certainly hire him again and recommend Miracle Plumbing, LLC to others.

Cesar and helper arrived right on schedule. Both he and helper were extremely personable! Gave me some advice on plumbing issues. First day he removed the sink and faucet and then at my request opened the boxes for the new toilet and checked to make sure it was the exact one I wanted and needed.. All good! Visit was short. On the second visit Cesar had an awful time installing the sink. The new countertop was an odd thickness so Cesar had some adaptations to do. He went at it as though there were no complications!! While he was working on the sink Jeff ?, I think, removed and replaced the toilet with the new one. No problems there!! Cesar installed the new faucet and all it working wonderfully! I would definitely hire his firm again! Only problem is one of them is a Miami Hurricane fan!! LOL!! They are welcome in my house any time. Price was definitely within reason.

It went very well. As soon as Cesar arrived, he promptly went to work and was most pleasant. Fixed my issues with great ease and confidence. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing problems.

Special call-out to Tiffany for always answering the phone/emails and for her unfailingly helpful, postive, friendly attitude. Cesar was on time and very professional. All work was completed quickly and professionally. Work areas were left clean and the work performed looks good. Cost for the work was reasonable. Unfortunately, it turned out that our bathtub to shower renovation will require extra work as the old bathtub 1 1/2" drain and overflow drain (in the concrete slab) will have to be changed, involving breaking up some of the slab to get to the buried 2" pipe to make a new single connection for the shower. I'm waiting on the cost and time estimate for the work which will dictate whether Miracle Plumbing will also do that work. Likewise, we've also asked for an estimate to run natural gas out to the grill in the backyard (approx. 88 feet).

Cesar is a lifesaver! After having a less than ideal experience with 24-7 Plumbing, i entrusted Miracle Plumbing to help me determine the cause of a low water pressure issue. Initially we thought it might have been galvanized supply lines, but it was another problem entirely. Fortunately Cesar spent two long days rerouting supplies in the backyard and making sure there were no leaks or issues. The faucets and toilets work flawlessly now. I could not be happier with the service that was provided. He was honest, personable, and extremely helpful. He is one of the few types of people who is genuinely interested in helping others, not out to simply make a profit. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, he offered ideas to save money and he was a joy to work with. He has a very strong work ethic and a good sense of humor as well. I will absolutely recommend his services to others in the area, and he will be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks again Cesar!

He is super manipulative and controlling. I feel high pressured and scared of him. He is like a nightmare on wheels. Would not write me an invoice, said he would not “waste” one on me. He wrote it down on a piece of paper. I had to supply for the cleanup. All he did was the labor, I supplied everything. And he said he was not giving me a warranty, with a smile on his face. The person who installed the toilet was an apprentice and had been working less than a year. He has still not sent me the written estimate for the other work that hasn't been done.

Gentleman was very polite. Explained everything and will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs. Two thumbs up.

This was an amergency, I had women friends coming over in a few hours and the toilets were clogged (almost back to back, shared same line or something). From the beginning, my call was answered by Tiffany who was sweet, polite and professional. She said she could send someone within about 30 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later Cesar pulled up. He was also polite and professional. Immediately jumped onto the problem, explained it to me in detail and fixed it. I have been using a major plumbing company for the last twenty five years and about 5 years ago decided their work wasn't what it used to be and tried another huge plumbing company. Same thing, just didn't seem into their jobs. Cesar is my new plumber. And I am spreading the word about him to all my friends. He is young, enthusiastic and busting his hump to do a great job at a fair price.

He arrived early. He came inside to see what needed to be done and then explained what would be done to correct/fix the problem/issue. He had to remove the water closet from it's place and found the flange was broken and needed replacement as well as the wax ring. He took the time to remove all the wax and the gunk that lives under there. He installed a new flange and reset toilet, leveled it and grouted it. He then tested the toilet for leaks and there weren't any. He moved out to the yard to replace (3) three hose bibs that were also tested after installation was done. He was neat, informative,clean and respectful.

Cesar was very informative on phone during quote. Showed up on time, did a great, clean job. Uses American made products. Somewhat of perfectionist (great quality.)
