Description of Work: I used Middleton for pest control services. We have a contract with them, and they come out quarterly.

+ 0 moreIn the long run after a year, I just felt that it wasn’t worth the money. I could do what they were doing by myself. They treat every six months for that money.
Description of Work: I was using Middleton Lawn and Pest Control for about a year about four years for treating the lawn for bugs and weeds. They also did the pest control in our house.

+ -1 moreWe are constantly fighting weeds and insects. We had to replace 3600 sq. ft. of sod at our expense due to weed and insect damage. Management response to our concerns were less than acceptable. Our neighbor has dropped their service due to the same issues.

+ -1 morePlease note that Ron Fee has become part of Middleton - we originally tried to contact Ron Fee due to their good reports and found out that company was merged with Middleton.
Description of Work: Very professional presentation from Jim Lewis. However, we chose another company as Middleton's bid was much higher.

+ -1 moreTHE BIGGEST PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERED WITH THIS COMPANY WAS TRYING TO COORDINATE APPOINTMENTS. AFTER PURCHASING THE SERVICES, I WAS TO BE CALLED TO SCHEDULE APPTS. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND 2 ASSOCIATES SHOWED UP ON 2 DIFFERENT DAYS, UNSCHEDULED! WHEN RE-SCHEDULING, 3X'S, 1-NO ONE SHOWED UP, 2-NO-ONE SHOWED UP, 3 SHOWED UP 3 HOURS LATE! VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Description of Work: JEFF CAME TO MY HOUSE, INSPECTED THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AREAS, WHICH TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES, AND PROVIDED ME WITH A FREE ESTIMATE FOR TREATMENT OF DRYWOOD TERMITES. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH, AND ADVISED US OF THE BENEFITS OF THE TREATMENTS THAT HIS COMPANY OFFERED. HE NEVER SAID A NEGATIVE COMMENT WHEN I ADVISED HIM OF MY INTEREST IN OBTAINING AN ESTIMATE FORM A DIFFERENT COMPANY. WHEN I DECIDED TO USE THE DRYWOOD TREATMENT, HE SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT AT MY CONVENIENCE. JUDD, WHO PERFORMED THE TREATMENTS WAS PUNCTUAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALTHOUGH I FOUND THE PRICE TO BE EXPENSIVE, I FEEL THAT THE BENEFITS OF GOOD SERVICE AND HAVING SOMETHING DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OUTWEIGH THE COSTS.
