It went very well. The service was nice and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and explained everything.

Tech was wonderful, knowledgeable. Told me about the installed "tubes" for future use. He was on time and personable and thoroughly efficient.

I don't know the going rate. We are in the middle of nowhere so we didn't have a good selection. They were very conscientious. We don't have much interaction with them since the first visit. They come and do their thing. We have seen an improvement. We have a contract with them to come out bi-monthly.

An appointment was made to get an estimate. I received a call that they were on there way and they arrived on time. Very courtious and professional. Written proposal was given along with copies of insurance. Upon approval from my HOA I called to set up installation date. Again the individual I spoke with was courtious & professional. The work was done within a few days and I have had no problems.

They said they were going to come back out and redo what was painted incorrectly. The partner had came out and did only the bottom corner gutters and had advised me he didn't have a ladder to reach the top gutters at this time. He said he was going to come back out and re do it soon. Months had passed and no one had been out so I called them up and they said they would get out to it. Weeks had passed and I had to call them again. This time, they said they couldn't get out here today but would get to it soon. I again had to call back, this time I had spoke with someone else and had explained to them the situation and that we have still yet for someone to come out. Now months have passed and the work is still not completed. They just keep putting me off!

Job went well. Some rotten wood had to be replaced by roofer and rainy weather delayed the job, but eventually it was completed. I am very satisfied.

However, in March 2014, I discovered that one gutter did not flow toward the downspout and instead collected in the far end of the gutter. I called and discussed with a company representative (Keith). It seemed to be a very minor modification but I expected to pay for the service call. He said he would schedule for following week and let me know. He did not call nor was it scheduled. The next week I called again and ask for Keith. I was ask who was calling, and told he was on phone and would return my call. He did not and I have not been contacted by the company. I would not recommend this company. They do not stand behind their work.

We just had our initial service, and we are waiting for the second service. They seemed to be pretty thorough, and we are waiting to see if bugs will show up again. The interaction was pretty good. There was nothing positive or negative. We signed up for a year long contract with them.

It took a little while for them to set up the appointment due to the holidays. The service turned out good. They wanted me to set up a quarterly treatment because they implied that the spray would only last a quarter long. This was my only concern about the service.

They use stainless rivets instead of nails, high-quality all around. They even took down my second-story Christmas lights for me. Very happy, Nice people/company to deal with all the way around.

I was so impressed that I have requested they come back.

I have had this company over the last 7 years. They come every 3 months on time. What I really appreciate is the gentleman who does the service will call the night before to let me know he will be coming. Very thorough in his job. Will keep using as long as the service and the price is good.

They came out to give estimate on 12/14/12. We called them back on 01/02/13 and told them we wanted them to do the work.They came out on 01/11/13 and put gutters on the house. They came around 9am and left around 5 pm. So far we are please, but still waiting for rain to see how they hold up. But they do look good !

They are a very nice company, I like them very much. They were very attentive, very professional, and they did everything that they promised. I am happy with the results.

We’ve used them for about the last seven and a half years. They have been very professional every time they’ve come. They call the night before to remind me that they are coming. They do a thorough job; they’re usually here for 45 minutes to do the complete exterior. I have no problems with them. It doesn’t matter if I’m home because the treatment is all outside. It has been A all the way. They are going to continue to come as long as I want them to come.

They do pest control and they also treat the lawn. I met the guy a couple of years ago and he was real great, knowledgeable, and friendly. Just last week I called him back and I wanted to treat my lawn. They were professional. The price was fair.

Pretty good. It's standard to have pest controls down here in Florida. They show up on time and do what they're suppose.

So far it seems like the work they did is pretty good. They only had one person but they were very good about taking down anything that was up there. They were neat and the gutters look good.

Everyone from the owner to the installers were pleasant, punctual and very professional. They showed up when they said they would!!!! WOW! What a concept....
