The rep was fine, however, they were twice as much as the next most expensive quote.

LRE inspected and repaired floor joists as necessary, then encapsulated and installed dehumidification in the crawl space. There was good communication with both the office and the on-site crew. Zac and his crew came when scheduled, performed their services in a professional manner, kept us informed of progress, and assisted in the remedy of unseen issues in the HVAC system.

They were pretty much the only company that agreed to take on my drainage issue by my pool. They kept in contact with me through out the process. They showed up when they were scheduled, and did a great job. If I ever need this type of service again, I will use LRE. I give them my highest recommendation.

Great work for a good price. Only detraction was that they were behind on other jobs but got there on the afternoon of the scheduled day. Worked as advertised though

Very good job on leveling floors in an old home with tight crawl space. I was impressed with Zack, Tim and Nathen. They did a great job under the conditions.

Our townhouse crawl space was so wet that cypress roots were growing under our house. The first floor living area and garage were damp and had odors from the crawl space. LRE performed a crawl space encapsulation including a perimeter drainage system, heavy plastic sheeting, sump pump, dehumidifier, and airtight access doors. Zach was the crew leader assisted by Tim and Ryan. During the 3 1/2 day project I was always informed when they would arrive to begin work. At the end of each work day Zach did a progress debrief with me - and the areas by the crawl access doors were swept clean. After completion the odors were gone and the indoor humidity was under control. The crew was very polite and respectful. I have worked in construction myself and can say that the work was first rate. Good job!

I needed to find a drainage remedy for a 30+ year old exterior concrete area that was installed prior to the construction of my new home. The concrete had settled and cracked and storm runoff was pooling near my garage and breezeway. Additionally, the concrete apron at my drive entrance was damaged from heavy construction equipment. There were significant cracks and some uneven sections developing due to improper compacting, etc. LRE Foundation Repair is a business I found simply through a web search for concrete repair. My choice was simple: repair or replace. LRE's sales rep, Joey Parish, was very professional and above all, had the experience and knowledge to suggest solutions that were very logical on the repair side. The replace argument began to weaken when considering the the root of the problems, which were ground stabilization and drainage. These would not have been completely solved by demolition and new concrete installation. While the cost of either solutions may have been similar, the LRE repair was a more logical long term remedy because the ground is now stabilized and there is a very high quality and professionally installed drainage system. Additionally, LRE stands behind the repairs with a great warranty. My job required two teams to complete. Brad Nunn was the poly foundation Supervisor and Scott Higgins was the drain install and refinish Crew Supervisor. They all showed up on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and worked perfectly to coordinate their individual responsibilities. All of the employees I spoke with had many years of experience and their work was no nonsense, fix it right, without compromise or deviation. Trust me when I say this standard for work ethic and pride in craftsmanship is hard to find these days! LRE's Logistical and Customer Service staff were excellent. My project was easily scheduled and they provided Proof of Insurance and other documentation I needed to feel comfortable. The work was done in a timely manner, exactly as described. Thanks to everyone at LRE for making this a very pleasant experience! I am very comfortable giving this Company and Staff my highest possible recommendation.

Shea Dawson was terrific to work with on this project. He coordinated the work to accommodate the tenant and did the job on a Saturday so as not to interrupt their business during the week.

Like the price given for the work done, The work done was quality stuff, and if I need again, I'd be asking for the young man (Brad) that did the job for us and will tell others

We had a flooding problem in backyard. There are HUGE oaks around our house. No french drains for us. The office staff was pleasant and helpful. Donovan was the design specialist that was so helpful is suggesting several options, pleasant and professional but admitted this was a difficult case. He returned to discuss a detailed, perfect fix and had patience with all my questions. The work began sooner than expected with Donovan, Zak, W.T. and Mike. This was a hard working team and very knowledgable in water diversion. They were on time, skilled in every aspect of the project and it was apparent they took pride in their work. They cut pool deck, sawed oak roots, mixed and laid concrete and placed drains with PVC all in 90 degrees. Two full days of work. They cleaned up all work areas daily. After the concrete dried there were a few areas of concern. Donovan returned and worked for 2 hours to perfect those areas to my satisfaction. Thank you Team LRE.

I saw some of LREs previous work. It was so awesome that I asked the owner which company did the job. He provided the info and I contacted them for an estimate. The office staff were great and set up a date for the estimate. The estimator was on time and very knowledgeable about LREs product and service. I accepted the bid. The office was again great scheduling the job and keeping me informed. After one short delay due to July weather, the crew arrived. They were very well organized had the old driveway removed and the new forms set up, then a complete cleanup of the site including the street and yard and safety procedures. Awesome. Concrete Day was even more amazing. The crew was on time and set up for the mixer to arrive. The foreman and crew worked together like a seasoned team. No wasted time or effort. They were friendly and pleasant and I was very impressed with their skills and attention to detail. In no time they were working all of the finish details. When it was set they pulled the forms cleaned up completely including washing the street down again, raking the grass and even resetting the landscaping stones around the walkway. This company and this crew is by far the best that I have worked with since moving to FL 25 years ago. I will recommend them to anyone who might need their services
