Great people ! Fred, the sales rep arrived on time, surveyed my problem and gave me my options. He was straightforward, knowledgeable and courteous, what more could you ask for ? I told him to do the job and he sent me the papers and we moved forward. The workers were excellent. George and...sorry forgot the other guys name but both went right to work, explained what they were doing and goterdone. Nice, courteous guys. I highly recommend this company.

I called LRE because I heard that they were now installing and sealing pavers and I have had good experiences with them in the past. They came out right away to look at a bad paving and sealing job done by another company. They were up front in letting me know what could and could not be done. The guys came out as scheduled and we're very friendly, clean and professional. They did an excellent job and made the pavers look better than they did brand new. They left my property in great shape and cleaned up everything. I would definitely call them again for any projects in the future.

. I had been patchwork dealing with cracks in my patio for years. Of course cracks reflected bigger problems. I finally found the right company to address my issues. I hired an engineering company first and then hired LRE to do the work. The work was extensive. I had three bids and took the middle bid and so happy that I did. The work involved was demolishing my patio/planter retaining wall and completely rebuilding from the support structures to the finished product. Proper drainage was important and I witnessed and photographed all of these procedures. All disciplines were respectful of my place and space and they worked daily from arrival to departure. No radios and no cell phone interruptus. There was no damage left behind to the seawall or dock or house or any other tight spaces. They were geniuses from Jerry Saul the Services Manager, to Tom and Robert and Adam and sadly I might overlook giving credit to others. This work was completed in the spring of this year.

Great, they called me, gave me a time that the person would come. Sent an email with Shea's information so I could contact him directly if I needed. I texted him the morning of just to confirm and make sure he had my number so could text if he needed to. He confirmed, texted me on the way to let me know. Texted me to let me know he ran into traffic because of rain. Arrived only 10 mins late, took a look and took pictures and notes and put together a quick estimate. Explained everything to me and later followed up with that same estimate in writing via email. He was super nice, super polite and a pleasure to work with. I'm still getting other quotes but even if their prices are a bit lower I'd be inclined to work with them because of his professionalism. I also felt like he was honest. He told me how long they were scheduling out and what to expect. I want it done yesterday and of course that can't happen :)

They have not started the repair yet, but of all the place we contacted LRE was the most professional. They will begin the repairs a week before the promise date!

Wow. From start to finish, this company is the total package. It's clear from the first call that they understand business, customer service and they know what they're doing. They are true professionals. I called because my home is a "repaired sinkhole home" and there's an area of the back patio that's sunken in a bit and has developed over the past several months. I was concerned. The courtesy and professionalism over the very first phone call was reassuring and frankly, surprising. I was able to ask questions and get complete answers. An appointment was made for Fred to come out and check the area in question. I received an email confirming the appointment along with Fred's info and photo to allow me to easily identify him upon arrival. Fred checked in with me the day before the appointment, and called again prior to arrival. It was nice, because he was able to come a little earlier and he was considerate to call and ask permission. Once Fred arrived, he was kind and helpful. He took time to really explain things for me, and even though my "concern" was really without justification, he seemed genuinely pleased to help rather than being annoyed by a call that didn't result in any business. Based on Fred's knowledge, we can remedy this minor situation ourselves. However, if we would need any type of service LRE is able to provide in the future, I would absolutely hire this company. It's hard to find a business that really knows how to wow a customer. LRE definitely impressed me!

Rob was very pleasant and professional. I showed him the hole in my backyard that was my initial concern. He then did an overall inspection of my whole house outside and then inside. He gave me his professional opinion and what steps I should take now and in the future. He did not think there was a problem at present but to wait until after the rainy season to see if conditions changed. He encouraged me to take pictures of the cracks that basically appeared to be from settling and then he also took his own set to compare if need be. He answered all my questions, gave calming advice and assured me that LRE was there for me if the need arose.

When I did have contact with LRE employees, I can say they were very professional. I do have some issues with their phone system - there could be some improvement in the area of answering the phones. For instance, on one call I asked for a specific person, was told he was in, but then was connected with his cell phone which went to voicemail. It was just kind of weird but minor. Rob came out and was very thorough, explaining what their process was, what the payment schedule was and said, because they were not based in my area, they would schedule when they had more work down this way. That did take a little while but once here, the work was done well and the area cleaned up. Sometime later I called and asked Rob if he could take a look at one of the porches as it seemed to have pulled away from the house a little and dropped down. We had a day scheduled, but I couldn't get there due to a family issue, so he did come and take a look. He said a crew would come out when they had work in the area. I didn't hear from anyone all through the holidays but was busy so I didn't worry about it. Right after the new year, Rob called me and said they hadn't been able to get out but would be out soon. That's the last I've heard. So, the work is good but follow-up not so.. I would hire them again if I had a foundation issue or something similar. Update: Rob called me within hours of me posting the review above and the issue was resolved a couple of days later. He was under the impression it had already been taken care of. I'm now completely satisfied with the work done!

It went very good. He was very nice. I liked the quote he gave but I have to have an engineer come out first and inspect the house before doing anything.

LRE Ground Services had exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism. Our house is a small rental since we live in Houston now; however we lived in this small 650 sqft bungalow for three years before the move to Texas. The previous owner had made some foundation shoring that are holding well; however I thought it might be best to have a professional look since the house since it is a rental. I contacted another competitor to LRE and I was quoted $35-$40,000 for a new foundation on a small 650sqft bungalow. In shock I contacted LRE for another quote. LRE assured me the foundation appeared to be sound and there was no need to disturb the foundation since we've had no indications of cracking or settling. LRE was punctual, professional, and I truly feel they are not out to make a quick dollar. I was very pleased with their help and if I ever decide to do work in the future with the foundation I will surely be in touch with them!

They did an excellent job. I would use them again If I need to.

They came and tried to raise the sidewalk slab and make it even with the slab next to it. No matter how they tried the slab wouldn't move. They tried for the longest time, but with no luck. They advised would return the next morning and fix my problem. Early the next morning they returned with a special cement saw and made a cut. When they pumped more material in the sidewalk slab raised. However a little to much and they had too raise the slab adjacent so it would be even. It ended up both slabs now are raised a bit and now looks like we have a small bridge. Even with that, there is not a chance anymore that someone could trip on the sidewalk. The crew that came out was excellent. They cleaned any mess made in the grass and sidewalk. Couldn't be any happier with them. They kept me informed on every step that was happening. We'd use LRE again, and would recommend them too family and friends. There office employees are also great. When they said, " I'll call you right back," they did. All questions were answered. I was not charged and more than the original estimate, even though more work was done to correct problem. The only reason I gave the quality a "B" is because of the bridging in the cement slabs.

He was on time, very professional and pleasant. He listened to our questions and concerns. He went outside and checked the outside of the house, then crawled under the house to check on the foundation/pilings. He made great suggestions and put our mind at ease that the house was secure. He suggested not to level at this time as it would cause more problems than we had to start with. He made suggestions to solve the problem we were having which we can do ourselves. There was no charge. I would recommend anyone calling them if they have a concern, they were very helpful and had good suggestions.

They were quick and efficient coming out and giving me a report. They did not charge me for the report. They were very thorough and answered all my questions.

The project generally went ok. There were some issues that came up that I was able to help him with. The staff was friendly and they were able to take care of everything.

They were here on time and did a good job of cleaning up every day. They communicated very well with us, also.

This was the worst experience i have ever had. The only only time I ever had contact with this company was when we made the deal for them to do the work. They continuously pushed the job back and delayed the work. This continued to happen for months upon months. After I finally told them we were going to go another route with a company who would actually do the work, they send me a $2,000 cancelation fee. They are also holding my release until I pay the $2,000 fee, so I am unable to get the work completed by a reputable company who will hold to there word and complete the job they were hired for. I strongly recommend you DO NOT do business with this company!

They did good work. They left the yard reasonable clean when they were done.
