GARY'S LOCK & KEY

Everything went exceptionally well. I called Gary's on Thursday and was able to set up an appointment the following day and obtain an estimate for the work. Roberta was very pleasant on the phone and let me speak directly to Gary to answer some of the more technical questions I had. Although I had some older door knobs, Gary was able to fix everything and was a pleasure to work with. It was obvious he knew the business and could handle anything. He was also great at explaining anything I asked about. Everything worked well, and I was able to get extra keys that I needed. The charges matched the estimate despite the addtional time it took to handle some of the issues with replacing the older door knobs. He also travelled over 30 miles to my location. I would definitely use Gary again and will refer him to anyone that needs this type of service.

They are wonderful; I use them all the time. They are prompt, they are reasonable, very nice people, very courteous and they are reasonable with their prices. We did an investigation and he met us there with the sheriff so we re-keyed every door in the house.

They are pretty outstanding. The willingness to do exactly what I wanted which was very difficult to do since they are high security locks, special keys and all things like that. Nobody else came close to doing anything like he does. He is taking care of it personally. It is a one or two men involved and where the owners are involved you get the best service. Price wise one has to pay to get good service and good quality locks. They are a mobile operation.
